So about 3 months ago I got my nails done here by the owner. She messed up on a $75 nail set and I asked her to fix it. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful, but she got upset anyway. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful, but she got upset anyway. They guy ended up fixing it for me, doing a better job than she did and she got upset again. I tried to tell her thank you anyway but she didn’t want to talk to me. 🤷🏽‍♀️. I then came back with my cousin, just as a tag along, and tried to talk about it because I’m a forgiving person but again she ignored me. Today I tried to go in to get an appointment because across the parking lot was busy. The girl at the front desk was about to grab the book and she told her to lie to me and say they were booked even tho the lady standing in front of me had a choice from multiple appointments. I just said okay and walked out. I only came back because I liked the way the guy did my nails. Oh well. Moral of the story is, if you care how your nails look, don’t go here. She will treat you like someone who ran out without paying. If you don’t care, still don’t go here. The people across the parking lot at Orchid Nails do just as good of a job for cheaper. I went in last night and was told\nTo come back in an hour. Came back, waited 30 more mins. I was then told they were unable to repair my nail I was requesting to be fixed because they couldn’t match the acrylic the I went in last night and was told\nTo come back in an hour. They suggested that I go home remove the set of nails and come back today at 2 PM for a full set. I arrived at the salon at 1:50 PM, I sat there until 2:20 PM with my fingers aching from ripping off an entire set of acrylic nails the night before in preparation for my appointment, only to find that the person I had an appointment with had just taken a new person that was also getting a full set of acrylic nails. Needless to say I left, I am trying to leave to go out of town and do not have time to wait an hour for her to get done and then an additional hour to get my nails done. So basically cost me $60 for the nails that I ripped and and now I go out of town for my 40th birthday with no nails at all. On top of the fact that my fingers are throbbing from removing the first set that they told me to takeoff for the appointment I never got to have today. I will never return more ... less ...

Me and my mother walked in and asked for 2 pedicures. Ive been patronizing this shop for nearly 20 years not consistently but occasionally. I believe all of the technicians are good because customers seem to always be leaving happy. I have one technician that I use exclusively because she provides excellent customer service her attitude towards you and her energy is very friendly and warm plus her work is perfection every time and I do enjoy rewarding great work her name is Nadia please everybody ask for Nadia. My experience was not good. There are no prices posted in nail salon. That is the first issue, I was charged 45 dollars for a fill with no designs and gel polish. I was originally called and asked for pricing before i entered the salon and this was no the price that was given to me. They charged me extra for “buffing and shaping” when that is already a part of the fill. Reshaping nails and getting down nails is apart of a fill originally but they charged me extra. Also, when i called back after I left Kia couldn’t even keep the same story when I asked her why I was charged so much. She claims that my nails were too long and You needed to be charged for a cut down when my nails a average length. I would recommend asking for prices before getting your nails done so you don’t get ripped off. The nail aren’t even that well done in the first place. more ... less ...

I have been going here for about 1 year and I really liked their service.\nOne Friday I came and received a full set and gel polish which was not cheap at all. I gave a $10 tip on top of the service I received. I used to really like this place but I will not be returning. My mom and I both had appointments for pedicures. We couldn’t even relax or talk because the nail techs were talking very loudly to each other. It felt v I used to really like this place but I will not be returning. I got french tip and it turned out terrible. We asked for them to fix it with just a regular polish and they still are painted very poorly. I could have painted them better myself. Headlines Salon is so great.\nAll the hairdressers do an amazing job. Ashley that does mine is super fantastic.\nI recommend this place all the time.

Great guys here and great service will always be a faithful customer.
