Saying that this salon is an amazing place to visit is an understatement their prices are reasonable, there customer service is out of this world, and their staff is knowledgeable. I asked for the glitter to be on the bottom, I came in asking for my nails to be shortened on a fill because obviously your nails grow during the time before you get a fill. Charged me 50 dollars for a fill! 50 dollars.. Then I told them why was I charged 50 then, couldn’t really give me a complete answer felt like more excuses then not. Not only did I have a trouble with communication,, which I understand the culture difference but they knew exactly what I was talking about. I am BLEEDING from how they did my nails. I’m so red and irritated around the nail beds. Not only that, when drilling the polish off they didn’t take all the polish off so it’s bumpy around it. 0/10 recommend coming here unless you want shocking prices.\n\nMy sister also got her nails and she told her it’d only be 10 or 15 more for her designs charged her 20 dollars more. Making hers 55.\n\nNot worth the pain and suffering. I went to get dip nails. Appointment was for 6 pm. I never got started until 6:45. Didn’t show me which colors were dip. Didn’t ask if I wanted a drink. Then taking over only soaked 1hand. Used tool to take off other hand. Only used deemed to smooth one hand. The hand she took off dip with tools was all rough and jagged When I called I asked price for dip. Was told $30. Normally I pay $35 at other angel nails. They were full. After done was told it was $45. I argued price. Told them what I was told. Lady who gave me price acted like aomeone else must’ve answered phone. When I watched her answer it twice. I had to pay $40. She said she was giving me a deal! Not. Will not go back. Will not recommend and will tell people how bad it is. Nice birthday gift to myself NOT!!! more ... less ...

She is honest about the results and timeframes and she does a great job of explaining the process and talks you through it. If you want quality service, go there! I get my laser hair removal, hydrafacial and botox there and I would not go anywhere else! She is taking every precaution to make it safe during this pandemic and I always feel very comfortable. I have been going to this family for over twenty years. Even before they were in the Mall. Anna has been my favorite for nails for tens years now after Nina left. Some of the newer older ladies seem unfriendly so I stick I have been going to this family for over twenty years. Even before they were in the Mall. The owner is very kind and I really like her son Kan for pedicures. I hope they open again soon🙏 I hear some of these complaining people when I am there and most are stuck up rich women who want $100 pampering for $35 prices. This bunch work hard and do a really good job.\n\nThere is one or two rude ones but thats everywhere and mostly its about the language barrier I think.\n\nIm very picky about who I let touch my nails and feet. Ive been cut and made bleed and overcharged AT OTHER PLACES since they closed due to Covid. So Im begging PLEASE bring back Lee Spa Nails!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏 more ... less ...
