She took the time to figure out what I was looking for, made a recommendation on length and colors and the end product was Even better than what I had originally hoped for. The cut, colors I adore. More than once I booked an appointment only to show up after driving an hour to discover they dont have it in their book. They say you should have called! Ummm I did! One time I sat there 40 min to get a turn, while an employee man just sat an watched TV at 5pm instead of helping the girls. Then he hovered trying to rush my tech cuz he wanted to go home. My nail seperated from acrylic 6 days from appointment.Gas prices are too high for their games! more ... less ...
