I have been a loyal customer of Enjoy Nails since 2009. This past week, I had an appointment at 6:30. When I got there Yen had someone in her chair that she had just started, the lady had the tips on and they hadnt even I have been a loyal customer of Enjoy Nails since 2009. This past week, I had an appointment at 6:30. When I got there Yen had someone in her chair that she had just started, the lady had the tips on and they hadnt even been cut down yet. I sat down and waited, no one acknowledged me to even say that Yen was running behind. (That is not unusual for these ladies, they really arent very friendly) I sat there for 30 minutes., still no one said anything to me. Finally I got up at exactly 7:00 and walked out. 30 minutes without being acknowledged is not right for any business. If my loyalty doesnt mean anything to them, then it doesnt mean anything to me either. There are many other places out there. They can be sure that they will not hear from me again. And I will spread the word. Rudeness is unacceptable! They got one star only because I had to give them something or it wouldnt let me post this. more ... less ...

The guy who did hers and the girl who did mine were great! $30 for a pedicure with a massage chair and they do the trimming, lotion, and exfoliating o My mom and i went here for the first time and had a great experience! Place seemed very clean with nice atmosphere. We had an appointment and were seen on time, so i recommend making one instead of walking in. more ... less ...
