Nail salon was super clean. I had no wait time and walked right in to get a full set. I went on a Thursday at 11. Nails took about an hour maybe less. Nail tech was very professional and did my nails very beautiful. I on Nail salon was super clean. I had no wait time and walked right in to get a full set. I went on a Thursday at 11. Nails took about an hour maybe less. Nail tech was very professional and did my nails very beautiful. I only had 2 complaints 1 is the acrylic the used started almost lile a chemical reaction and was burning the underneath the acrylic. Like hot to the touch, the lady next to me said the same thing. And 2 I asked the nail tech for gold tip nails in wanted the solid color with gild tips and he just could not understand me. My nails came out pretty the way he did them they just were not what I wanted and that was a little upsetting. more ... less ...

The couple that owns the place have the worst customer service skills in the world. The wife is very mean. If you dont have hours to wait then dont go there. Its only the 2 of them and they dont care.

My daughter got her nails done last Friday afternoon by the event that night her nails had popped off. She called everyday from Saturday until Thursday before she was able to get them fixed. She was then told she couldn’t get the design she had only plain polish because the design was given on a special. It’s very unprofessional whatever service she received only lasted a few hours should’ve been the services replaced. I’ll never come back here poor professionalism and customer service in this situation more ... less ...

UPDATE 3/30 ; nails lasted all the way until it was time for me to get a new set! None lifted or broke! Def will return.\n\n1st time going to this salon. Place was clean, and quiet. Place was clean, and quiet. Lights weren’t on so it didn’t look open despite what the sign said. Showed up early and was able to get serviced a lot sooner thanks to it not being busy. When I was greeted she seemed pretty uninterested. Pretty much a “hi what is your service for “ and then she told me to go sit down in 1 of the chairs. that was it. Not a “ how is your morning or how are you doing.” The place didn’t give off a super friendly atmosphere & it seemed to lack customer service skills in my opinion. She did the whole application process backwards which I’m not used . Positive is that The tech that did my nails was quick & Nails turned out really pretty but my hands were extremely dry after everything. She got done a walked off..no mirror to see if I liked them or no word...just set me back up in the chair and walked off! I knew I was going to hate them because immediately looking up and seeing the glue across my eyelid was super dark! This morning I had to soak them off because my left eye was swelling up and I was still tearing up since I left the chair yesterday.
