This was my first time going to Creative because a friend recommended them (her nails always look great). I went on a Friday afternoon and they were packed. I went on a Friday afternoon and they were packed. I was grateful that they took my walk-in for a shellac manicure. The man that did my nails was very fast- like super fast- too fast to do even a halfway decent job. I left with my cuticles looking like they hadn’t been touched, polish on my skin that chips my nail if I try to get it off, and feeling like I’ve just wasted over $30 on something I could have done at home with my unskilled hands. He didn’t even use cuticle oil at the end to try to make them look a little better.\n\nI will never go here again. more ... less ...

The guy doing my nails was nice but constantly cut me with the “drilling” nail tool even after flinching, he wouldn’t stop. I never got to pick out the shape I wanted, and when picking out colors I got laughed at for wanting more than 1 so I just stuck with 1 color (which is totally fine, I dont mind). Looking over from where I was getting my nails done, there was what looked like a smoking pipe and maybe tobacco on the table.. which was a little surprising, i didn’t expect that but whatever. The next morning the paint is just melting off my nails, none of them are the same length and most are cut crooked. DIY gone bad?😂 In the end, it was an ok experience. The service was good and I’m happy with my nails but seems sketchy how much of a difference we paid more ... less ...

Im not so sure its the smart way to go. I feel people are going to start choosing businesses that provide quality not so much a place that saves them money. People will start to choose places like this one. I appreciated the work done here and hope they never lose the personal touch and the art work they truly do provide to their customers. Ben & Angel did a great job on my toes & nails! Ben took the time to make sure we were achieving the shape I was wanting (dainty oval) & he was gentle through out the whole process! Combining two colors to make sure we got the perfect shade on my roots. Staying late to give me the perfect blowout for a night out and only cutting off the dead ends no more than I asked. Without explanation, without cause, without any feedback I have been forced to withdraw my business from Le Nails due to unprofessional practices and unprofessional personal issues on behalf of the staff.\n\nIt is very unfortunate that they opted to treat a customer of more than 20 years this way. If you are planning to visit this establishment just be careful. They don’t value your business. They also talk about customers badly for mo reason. They also talk about each other badly. The overall environment has become TOXIC and extremely unprofessional. They ignore phone calls, they over charge without informing the customer in advance and the owner allows the staff to mistreat customers. I am very disappointed!!!! I am a fair and honest Professional NBA Chaplain. It is my opinion that this company looks down on black customers. They purposely discourage black business.
