I made an appointment for 2:30. I was able to get started at 3. This was my first time using this salon. The place is very busy. My nails were even, painted nicely and she even took the time to make sure under the my nails were cleaned up. Because the place is so busy I made another appointment with the same lady in two weeks. They did a nice job on my nails but this place desperately needs to be updated. The minute you walk in the back door by the pedicure station it smells of mold. Me and my daughter were going to the same nail tech for about 3 years, even followed her to a new salon, her work steadily declined and we both ended up with fungus. I arrived at this place with my daughter and a man yelled from his chair what service I wanted. It got up from his chair to ask the same questions to a white lady. I had an event that friday & there arent many salons open before 10am. They assured me they could do it.\n\nThe morning of my appointment, no one showed up at the salon. After waiting outside for five minutes, I called Hi Demand & was told they could fit me in (I made sure they were willing to work with my rushed schedule).\n\nI got there in a panic, but everyone was kind & patient. Cindy took care of me & did a phenomenal job. She was precise and intentional with every step. We were cutting it close on time, and she accommodated by penciling me in to finish the shaping & polish during my lunch break.\n\nI didnt catch the name of the man who finished the set for me, but he took his time with every fine detail.\n\nThe final result is one of the most beautiful manicures Ive ever received, and Im so thankful that first salon never showed! Ive found my new nail salon.\n\nIm kicking myself for not catching everyones names in my hurry; but the woman working reception, the man who finished my set, and Cindy who did my extensions were all amazing. Absolutely horrible, will not return & will NOT be recommending this business to anybody. Asked 2 different people me to have acrylic nails done to myself and my friends. Throughout the experience, we were extremely disappointed as we asked multiple people multiliple times to make sure they would be done how we want them. Asked for my money back because it wasn’t worth it and they refused. Needless to say, unless you want to pay $65 (2 people) for them to paint your nails, be my guest, but We will not be returning. more ... less ...

Ryan is an amazing hair stylist! He knows how to cut, style, and color hair. He is a person that you can trust. He’s honest about what’s going to look good, and he also knows his stuff about coloring.

Made an appointment and they were ready for us! I dont get a manni peddi often and I was very happy with my technician. I was impressed how great my fingers and toes looked afterwards. Very friendly and patient
