This place of business is very hit or miss. I went in for prom nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was absolutely amazing, the wonderful lady was so sweet and gentle and thorough. But when it came to my full set they were This place of business is very hit or miss. I went in for prom nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was absolutely amazing, the wonderful lady was so sweet and gentle and thorough. But when it came to my full set they were not long like I asked for and seem to be very lifted. I usually go to beauty nails and they’re never lifted even with this length. I decided to give vivi’s a try but im severally disappointed. Halfway through my set, the workers switched places and the man named Ryan seemed rough(and I have a high pain tolerance) and not only that, he was constantly checking the clock and was rushing like crazy, even skipping a step of telling me to wash my hands before painting my nails. I politely pointed out that my nails seemed a little too lifted and he said that it’s too late to fix them and it looks fine. Then, because I asked for some king of small design, he added a sticker that was very pretty but he put it on crooked and couldn’t fix it.Let me remind you these are my prom nails and I’m on court. First time trying Cindy Nails and I’m completely satisfied. Very welcoming environment! Nancy did my overlay with shellac , she did an amazing job very social and love her energy!! We definitely visit again!

Very GREAT atmosphere, customer service, took my daughter to get her nails done, took me in as a walk in would of prefer us to be an an appointment. Great environment for ANY ONE at most nail salons i just sit in the car but my girlfriend told me to come in and sit down and i do not regret it
