Never been here before but my husband got me a GC for mothers day and wanted me to go today. I went around 10:30a today. There were like 5 customers but they had enough techs so I didnt have to wait at all so that was an awesome start! The same lady did my mani and pedi. Im not a huge talker sometimes and neither was she so that was also very awesome to me!! I got shellac because Im a mess with freshly painted nails. Some places make it feel rushed due to heavy walk in volume, and they started picking up when I was there, but this lady did not make me feel rushed, nor did I notice anyone else doing so to their clients. Everyone was kind and friendly.\n\nNot sure what these other reviews are about, or maybe its a different tech in chair 1 now, but I was in chair 2 and she had a client who I did chat with for a bit, and she was a returning client since December, I also asked about her color and the tech in chair 1 was also really friendly. Idk. Some people are hard to please or may see a language barrier as rudeness. So, Id take some of these reviews with a grain of salt.\n\nMy experience was all around good. I felt like I was too rushed… I was only in there for about 10 minutes and there was only one other customer there. I can tell the worker just did not feel like doing my nails. I got a closer look at my nails when I I felt like I was too rushed… I was only in there for about 10 minutes and there was only one other customer there. This is my second time here BEST Thai food I’ve ever had, the chicken actually taste like chicken and not mush like 99.9% of Chinese/Thai restaurants. This establishment is very unprofessional. I have taken my daughters there with me a few times and we have all noticed that they don’t do a very good job, it seems very rushed. It’s as if they focus on quantity rather than quality when it’s comes to customers. After my most recent experience, I wouldn’t take a rat there, not to mention a human being. While I was there at my most recent appointment, two days ago, I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. They painted my nails sloppily, and only painted half of some nails, I pointed it out to them and was told I shouldn’t be looking at my nails while they’re painting it and should be looking at something else instead, repeatedly. They are very rude to customers, even if you politely point something out. I would give them zero stars if possible. more ... less ...

The older gentleman took care of my service. Fixed my broken nail, however toook forever for the acrylic to dry. Didn’t make the nail look like the rest. It’s extremely thin. Feels like the nail might break again. Also feels like the acrylic still isn’t fully set. Changed my color and was charged a whole $30 for a broken nail and color change. I was happy to pay that if the nail didn’t look the way it did. Now I’m reconsidering ever going back for not only the price but for the unnatural looking nail. He was globing shellac on my nails so they’re chunky looking. My nails aren’t one solid color and I had to ask for a third coat because they have streaks in them. I will never be back. Or he would have conversations on the phone at full volume😬 kinda unprofessional….I would return to have them redone but I don’t anticipate that going well judging by the owners demeanor…it’s only been a week and I had them cut very short. There’s no excuse for how horrible things went just a day after (that’s when the first nail broke. The thumb) it’s been7 days and this is how they look.
