Jimmy is far the best nail technician I’ve ever had he is super sweet funny and kind. At first, I dont like making appointments for nails because I dont have any stable time in my schedule to get them done. However, after being recommended by a friend and knowing they do appointments, I decided to give it a try by making an appointment with them. After receiving the services, I can say that Im very surprised and appreciated to see how professional they are! Since they mostly do appointments, they dont rush you even a minute just to take more customers coming in during the time they service you. They always take time for you, and check up on you before you leave to make sure youre 100% satisfied with their services. I have changed my mind about having an appointment by their professional and caring, so I will stick with them from now on! more ... less ...

Some customers you can service fairly quickly (in and out), then you may get a customer you have to spend more time with.\n\nWONDER NAILS DOESNT OPERATE THAT WAY....AT ALL!!!!!\n\nBoth visits I came in for a pedicure and a gel fill in.\n\nThe minor plus was the fill-in (slash) redo, was nice when the guy finished.\n\nThe pedicure was a whole other story. First, they really, really, really want you to \"buy in\" on one of those pedicure package thingys. If you dont opt for one of those, you get LITERALLY\" bare bones service for $36. Barely done cuticles, nails clipped, or foot scrub (callus removal). Just TERRIBLE!!!!\n\nEven with the \"buy in\" (at an extra cost)----No attention to detail or attentive to the needs of the customer (extra callus removal/cuticle trim). Just rush, rush, rush. No massage, barely hot stone, sugar scrub, etc. HORRIBLE\n\nAnd when you ask they do more or they missed a spot (they begin speaking another language). 😐\n\nAnd then had the nerve to give two of the packets from the \"buy in\" kit they make you use----back to me. And said use at home.\n\nNever, EVER AGAIN!!!!! And thats too bad. more ... less ...
