I recently visited TC and Palova Salon. I went in for the $199 spa package special with 3 girlfriends on a moms weekend. Mani, pedi, and a massage I thought I had hit the jackpot. Boy, was I wrong! Mani, pedi, and a massage I thought I had hit the jackpot. Boy, was I wrong! The trouble started when we tried booking the appointment and the receptionist was highly confused. I should have know then it was a bad sign however, Im a benefit of the doubt kinda gal so I continued with the booking. Nothing was booked correctly so that caused huge timing issues with all 4 of us and all of our services suffered. I didnt receive the shellac service that I booked, my nails chipped that night. Overall, it was a bad experience. I am highly disappointed that I wasted $200 and have never left a spa day so angry or disappointed. more ... less ...

Went for the first time, love this place.. Very clean, great people and Megan is totally awesome!! Friendly, sweet and asks questions that no one has ever asked before. As a person with curly hair it is challenging to find a stylist that works, but Melissa is a miracle worker. Ive been to this place twice and both times they were very accommodating. I will always come back to this place every time. Its just a little hole in the wall place. All the staff were very friendly. I had Lisa do my nails and she did such amazing job in 45 mins! I will be coming back!

Closed their doors with no warning. Very unprofessional. Disappointing they dont treat their customers better than that. Good riddance

Over filed my nails and cut my nail beds. As you can see in the one image Im bleeding from the file. My fingers hurt so bad! To top it off I asked for almond nails. The lady that did my nails where really Rough on my hands and made me bleed and she didnt even take care of the dead skin around my nails. When I was done they said they didnt have time for my sister even though it was 4pm and they close at 7. I been getting my nails done for a long time and I never had this bad Experience at a nail salon. Never going back to this place more ... less ...
