I called for an appointment and they said be there at 5:00 which i got there on time they made me wait 45 minutes and did not take me until 5:45. I had other obligations reason why i scheduled an appointment. When i voiced my feelings about waiting the nail tech instantly got an attitude did my nails in 10 minutes didn’t even apologize and was so aggressive. I came to this place because it was close to my house went there twice and they did a good job with dip but on the 3rd visit I went in and wanted to do shellac instead so I scheduled with the owner Tina and she took me i I came to this place because it was close to my house went there twice and they did a good job with dip but on the 3rd visit I went in and wanted to do shellac instead so I scheduled with the owner Tina and she took me in had another lady do my pedicure after she got done the nail polish on the toes were blotchy and messy looking so I told her I was not satisfied with her work so Tina came in and re did it it looked much better than the first time but wasn’t the best I’ve had. Now we move on to doing my shellac Tina did my manicure and surprisingly did a horrible job the cuticles were all ridged and some of the nails were lumpy looking I kept telling her the whole time that it didn’t look right but she ignored my comment it took her forever to do the nails because half the time she would stop and text then answer personal calls etc. very rude especially while working on a client. BUT WAIT it gets worse I’m upset at this point and wanted to just leave so she charges me 70 bucks for the services so I paid it trying not to explode, I then leave and kept looking at my nails thinking this is just not right it’s the worst shellac I’ve ever had done so I decide to call get back and tell her that I wasn’t satisfied with her services and wanted my money back just for the manicure so I can go somewhere else, she started yelling at me on the phone because I told her she did not do a great job with my nails. So I drove back to the salon and she ignored me at first until I said something started arguing with me in the middle of the salon threatened to call the police on me fir even attempting to ask fir my money back then said she would have to scrape my nails before I get a refund so I agreed that experience alone was uncomfortable she grabbed my hand and filed it so hard it was hurting so I yelled at her and told her she was hurting me and didn’t even care she just kept filing and yelling at me the whole time I cannot believe this lady gets any business she is rude and does not care about satisfying the clients not a nice person I will never refer anyone to this place so if anyone out there is reading this I\nNever write a review this long but I had to put it out there the professionalism she showed me today is appalling I’m still trying to process it. I’m happy that I got my refund back but it wasn’t easy getting it all I have to say is Tina if you want to have a successful business you need to listen to your clients not ignore them then when they are unhappy then lash out I’m not posting this for anyone to stop going here I just know that I would never refer anyone there my experience was very disturbing… what a shame more ... less ...

Awful, experience for myself. I scheduled 2 pedicures and a full set of acrylics. We were a little late the woman refused to do acrylics and a pedicure. I wish we would have walked out at that moment because it was the worse pedicure I have ever gotten. Besides getting all cut up, their polish was so old it wouldnt dry!! After that awful experience my sister called another salon who got us both in immediately and they had to repaint my toes because of the gooey polish that was used from K Nails was disgusting. It was so painful due to all the little cuts that were made on my toes. I’ve brought my 3 year old daughter here twice to have her nails painted! The nail tech both times was extremely patient and kind and made my daughters experience that much more special! Especially this last time when my daughter decided she needed 5 different nail polishes! I have also had my nails done with them and was very pleased! I was out of town so I called them and told them what happened I asked them if they could do it for me when I came back and the owner said no problem. I let her know in advanced that I wasn’t going to be back till another week and she said that’s fine. When I came back I called her letting know I was going, when I went in she said which one needs to be fixed. I told her they all needed to be fixed both my mom and I they all fell off, like I had explained to her over the phone. Right away she got mad and started talking about us. She said we would have to pay her because it was 2 weeks and I repeatedly explain to her that I told her I was out of town and couldn’t come right away and it wasn’t my fault that they fell. Then she said she would only do one of ours and when she did it she had an attitude and was rude the whole time. I was very disappointed because I had called them in advanced and let them know what happened I what is a regular customer there and they treated me so badly I was very disappointed. The gal who answered was very polite and said \"well we do not do Acrylics here. Im sorry.\" I didnt realize a Pure Nail Salon, actually means Pure as in natural...no acrylic😁🤷. So if they are that polite on phone to potential customers who are in anxiety state trying to get a nail appointment for their kid, I think its totally worth a trip to get MY old fashioned , no acrylic, arthritic fingers pampered here.💜🔥 more ... less ...

My 1st time here and I must say Michael did a great job. I showed him the online picture and he made it happen. He also asked and showed me each of my nails as he did them to make sure I was happy with the shape, the thickness, the color, and design. She then starts doing the design and it’s a mess, she then has someone else come over who also can’t do it. I wish she would have said she couldn’t do it in the first place so I could have just got ombré. I ended up laying $60 for these nails. They don’t even cut your cuticles on your fingers.
