I tried out Glamour Nails after leaving my old nail salon, and Im so happy I did! Quinn made my nails look amazing and everyone who works here is so professional and kind. There are plastic dividers between each station, staff wear masks, and all clients are asked to wash their hands before service. Worst experience! I walked in and specifically asked if they had matte top coat and they said yes. Well I was lied to and trapped! Well I was lied to and trapped! Once I had already been through the pedicure process they then told me that they do not have the matte coat! If they told me this when I walked in instead of tricking me I would have left. I am currently at Magical Nails around the corner writing this while they fix that this place messed up. I did not even stay for my manicure! Then when paying, I could not tip on my card and they charged me an additional fee without telling me. I would not recommend this place at all! more ... less ...

Picture 1 shows my nails after JUST 3 days of getting my French done. I called the store to let them know and instead of apologizing she was stating how thin my nails are and how shellac doesn’t last more than a week. This isn’t true, I used to get my nails done two times a month and shellac would last 2-3 weeks. Lucy also stated that my nails are breaking, even though this entire conversation was over the phone and it was not true (see picture below). They made it so thin and in such a short time. I can’t believe I paid $100 for nails to only last 3 days. The store owner told me to come three days later and to call before coming. When I made the call she was trying to sell me to repurchase getting a manicure done. Never going back. I’m very disappointed as I have been a loyal client for 6 months and used to get DIP nails. The reason why I stopped with DIP is because they were coming off within a week. I then switched to shellac and this was the outcome.
