The man was super nice, we had great conversation, which is unusual in a nail salon, they usually dont speak to you, he was very polite, professional, and he did a great job. You not going to like it you like you know everything. It’s going to be wavy.” I am so glad I listened to my self and got the lavender. But that’s very rude you let the customer choose what color they want because they are paying you. and he was filing my nails but also kind of my skin so was tensed up and he said stop pulling back but I wasn’t. Paid $70 dollars for a full set and eyebrows. Uneven and missing patches of paint on the side. Eyebrows I had to pluck when I got home.

I was on a tight schedule so had to leave and have had no time to come back in to get it fixed. By the end of the day all my nails had formed little bubbles. I also realized at this point that the polish was very uneven. Half my nail it was thick and the other half was almost see through. The edges also looked absolutely terrible. Within 3 days they completely discolored. Today marks 1 week and they have now ALL completely peeled off starting at all the corners/edges to the point it was just hanging there getting caught in my hair and everything else. Im very disappointed. Family members recommended me to come here but after this. I wont be back. more ... less ...

And then I tried Holly nails out and every time I go there they give me the best service My nails are alwa I absolutely love coming here. I love nail time. I’ve been coming to nail time since 2010 when I was a senior at Cousino high school. Wouldn’t recommend any place in the area over this one.

My experience was amazing the establishment is so welcoming it’s peaceful it all gave me chills. I have never found a nail tech that could take care of my feet with out hurting me. He said I’ll give you your $5 back and you get out. Now it’s nail shops all over, this is not a business that need your money and it shows in the work they do. That husband terrible and confrontational. Please drive somewhere that at least has customer service tact and analytical skills. I left without polish after he tried to have his daughter polish them for me. The get out because I didn’t like the way he half polished my nails is enough for me. I was asked if I would like to go to someone else I said not at all I dont know if it was the grandmother or the mother but I did not like how she did my nails at all because of that I had a longer wait because I had to soak the nails off so I decided not to get any fake nails Kevin shaped my nails and polish my real nails and he took the shellac polish off of my feet and shaped my toenails. I went in with my friend and my daughter we were welcomed right away told to pick our colors and have a seat. Everything went well with my pedicure. Now on to my friend I paid for a mani pedi with a shalac polish the man who did her service never put her nails under the UV light and later that day they started to peel. I called today after spending $153 on all our services and even $15 in tips to be told to come up my friend heads up there and is told that her nails aren’t polished with shalac that it’s regular polish and she should have let it dry. Now we sat under the light table for 20 mins and she went on to have her eyebrows waxed so they should have been dry enough if it was regular polish. Instead of them fixing their mistake they were extremely rude to my friend and blaming her for the polish peeling off it has been less than 36hrs!!! Also why was charged for a service we never recieved. I will never give them my business again and I would suggest you don’t either. more ... less ...
