The people working at this business may be friendly to some customers they already know, but as a new customer I felt that the customer service ranged from short to downright rude. After waiting in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes, with no explanation of what the wait time would entail, I was told rather abruptly that the pedicure was priced at $37 and would automatically include a 15% tip. At the end of my pedicure, I noticed that my previously shiny nails were now rather dull, even though the technician told me he had buffed them (I always choose buffing over colored polish). The technician one chair over decided to chime in, and explained with a scowl that they didn’t have “that kind of buffer.” I’m not an expert on different kinds of buffing mechanisms, but can tell you the last five businesses I visited somehow all used the same buffer and left my nails incredibly shiny! To top off the experience, my technician wanted to charge me a $3 processing fee for a credit card…. more ... less ...

Every time I call no on EVER answers the phone so this last time I drove by to see if they were open and indeed they were and when I went in one stylist was sitting there looking through her phone, didnt even greet me or Every time I call no on EVER answers the phone so this last time I drove by to see if they were open and indeed they were and when I went in one stylist was sitting there looking through her phone, didnt even greet me or say can I help you so I asked if I could get a haircut and she responded by saying that she couldnt take anymore customers (she had a lady sitting with rollers in her hair under a dryer) but she did offer to ask the other stylist who was outside in the back and came back to tell me that she couldnt do it either. I wont be coming back, I like Arlene and I think she does a good job but this place isnt run like a business, it seems more like an at their leisure time. more ... less ...

Well, I went in to get my feet done and then my fingernails done. They had me soaking my feet for 20 minutes, just to tell me to get up and walk over with wet feet to get my fingernails done. The nails were way too long even after I explained how long I wanted them, the acrylic doesnt cover all of my nails in certain areas. Then after that they sent me back over to get my feet done. Not happy with the 140 I paid for that mess. Not to mention to do my feet, they were using a dish scrubber on mine and on another ladies. Unreal. more ... less ...

Happy with my service in and out quick

Made an appointment and they basically ignored it for walk ins. 1 person kept running between 4 customers doing a little bit at a time on each person. Then halfway through my dip manicure she stops and sends me Over to have my pedicure done...worst pedicure ever!! I got to soak for exactly 90 seconds before the man started attempting to cutting my nails...I say attempting because he ended up staggering off to help a different walk in and the woman came over to half @$$ finish it. She cut the cuticle on my big toe super bad and didnt say a word. Just giggled and sprayed it with a bit of alcohol. Oh and the best part was there was no leg massage or lotion. Even after I said something to her about it she looked at me like I had 2 heads. The final result was okay. Other than that I HATE the shape of my nails. After asking her 4 times to fix them I said forget it Ill file them myself. I dont know if this is normal for this establishment or just a fluke. Perhaps they should have more employees than just the owner and her husband on a busy Saturday afternoon.\n\nAlso do not bother making an appointment they dont bother to write them on a schedule anyway. Witnessed that several (10+ phone calls) times first hand while I was there.\n\nAt this point Im really not sure if I will give them another chance or not. more ... less ...

When they moved me they let me sit for 15 min no water to soak and then they go to start and she has a list of things she “wont” do.\nMy 6 year old wanted her nails painted and he told her she still had polish on she was good excuse me?! I’m paying for a service that you provide and it’s a quarter of the time to do a pedicure on a 6year old than an adult and you can’t paint her nails that we are paying for?!\nDisappointing and waste of money.
