Yesterday was my first time going and I got a pedicure. Karen was the young lady who took care of me. She payed close attention to detail. I loved the place it very cute and nicely designed. I switched treatment to Rapid Recovery and I am very satisfied. The staff is scheduling is flexible, the staff are amazing and I feel a lot better then when I first started treatment. Sandy is a sweet heart and does amazing work on my back, neck and shoulders and of course we have Cathy who is very nice. They offer alternative medical treatment and listen to your needs. 4/24/2022....Ive NEVER experienced such poor customer service!! Everyone that knows me, knows I faithfully keep my nails done. And I ALWAYS have come to this salon. After today, I will NEVER be back. After today, I will NEVER be back. So many new workers, and workers that cant communicate English. I paid $35 dollars last Saturday for my nails to be done using what I always do, shellac polish. Tuesday I notice almost every nail has spider web cracking in the shellac. The tech tells me its because I have real nails. He attempts to only fix 1...... NO, I want what I paid for. After sanding 4 nails and applying the shellac remover he gets angry, speaks his language and gives me $30 from the till and tells me to leave. Im not sure where Tommy went, but this place is a joke now. So disrespectful and such a horrible way of doing business!!!! more ... less ...

Then we get to the nails…I asked for a shilac MANICURE and noticed it was not very long —so I ask are you going to cut my cuticles? SHE gave some excuse as to why I shouldn’t…then I kept complaining and she said I charged your for a color change. That’s not what I asked for! Now the lady before me ALSO complained about her manicure and the owner just dismissed it line she did mine! So I pointed out obvious cuticles and this chick had the audacity to use HER NAILS versus a utensil to cut…and looked at me and said gone! I asked her if she was serious!!! I will never go here again due to that and it ruined mine and my cousins little girls outing the nails were great and even those ladies were quietly trying to say she is no good so do yourself a favor do not get your lashes done at this place. And they are over priced at 30.00 dollars I can go any where else and pay 25 or less. And they will be done correctly 😡 more ... less ...

She said ok come in and I will fix them.\nShe had me wait 40 minutes to tell me I need to pay to get them fixed.\nShe then filed off my terrible design and tried to have me leave with out even putting clear coat on.\nThis place is an absolute joke.\nNo customer service and they do not do quality nails.\n\nThe guy who did my pedicure didn’t speak once to me. I don’t complain I just buy them all off . So today I go in for my appointment we talk he complains about not having staff and so on and so fourth , I noticed he had dip powder out so I say “ hey I was doing gel remember “ he literally huffs and puffs and go “well you just wasted my time” ( TY ) is his name ! I said you know what don’t worry about it you don’t have to do them cause that definitely made me uncomfortable and he changed me $10 for a set of unpolished, unfiled nails …. Spent 10 minutes arguing with me. At the end he did as I asked and it was beautiful. Back up to the fill process. I pointed out I had some small green spots on two fingers I could see. He said they would be fine. I was then charged 54 dollars!!! My previous fill was 32. They make up whatever additional costs they wants. A week later I noticed one finger looked real dark underneath. I took the nail off and saw most of my nail had fungus. I proceeded to remove the rest and found 3 other nails will small spots of fungus. They are very unprofessional and clearly not clean. Wonderful!!! They fit me in as a walk in. I needed to be in and out. The longest part was waiting for about 15 minutes to get a seat. The lady did an amazing job and got me in and out.
