this place is absolutely trash. I had 2 nails fall off with in the 24 hours of having them done, none of them were shaped the way I asked. the guy cut me a million of times & when i tried to move my hand away because it this place is absolutely trash. I’ve been about 6 times now. The owner Michelle is sweet & provides good customer service. However, her assistant (the guy), I cannot say the same! He doesn’t greet u, is rude, rough & doesn’t listen to re I’ve been about 6 times now. The owner Michelle is sweet & provides good customer service. Google said that the establishment closed at 5pm & I got there around 2:55pm. As I arrived, I seen the guy coming up to close the door. I thought he was shutting it because it had gotten chilly, so i said “are u closed?” he ignored me several times. Then, as I got out the parked car, he waved bye as if I wasn’t a valued, consistent, paying customer. I do not like his attitude & wishes michelle had like-minded assistants that continues to build *her* reputation! more ... less ...
