I wish I could rate higher. I came here for a special occasion and within 2 days, my soak off gel manicure was chipped on multiple nails, both hands. I don’t do any strenuous work and don’t work much with my ha I wish I could rate higher. I don’t do any strenuous work and don’t work much with my hands, so there’s really no explanation for the chips. When I went to leave, I noticed the manicurist did not complete the last round of the lamp, and when I left, my nails were tacky and had lint sticking to them. Thankfully she fixed them with no issue after I turned around and immediately went back. However, they chipped just a few days later. The manicurists couldn’t be nicer, that’s why I hate to leave a bad review. I had to fix my nails at home because I live too far away to come back. If the manicures lasted like they were supposed to, I would definitely be back. I’ve been to different salons where the same service lasts well over 14 days, sometimes over a month, surprisingly. I came with a friend and hers also chipped within 2 days, and she had a different manicurist. The location of the salon and the atmosphere, the staff...all very, very nice and pleasant. However, I just can’t justify spending a decent amount to have my nails done and have them chip and peel a few days later. I truly hope this can be improved upon, whether it’s changing the brand of the nail polish, or something else. more ... less ...
