Wow!! I have never had anyone treat me as well as Lorraine did. She made me feel special and treated me as though I was a top client, but it was my first time going. This was my first experience at this establishment and I will not be returning. Although staff was relatively friendly, the establishment was dirty. I do not know his name, but the male nail tech (older man with missing tooth) doing my nails mentioned several times how young I looked (Im a 25 year old female), made inappropriate comments regarding the TV show that was playing, and gave me an aggressive back massage. I didnt think much of his comments, but the overall experience with the massage at the end made me very uncomfortable. He massaged my back under my bra straps and tank top (at shoulder blade level and above) and went all the way up onto my neck and even into my hair.. Ive had my nails done many times and sometimes the techs massage your hands/forearms, but never your back, especially to this extent. He was pushing very hard , so much so that I was flopping forward in my chair. He also made inappropriate comments about my body after he massaged me. If massages are a service they offer, he shouldve asked before touching me. I was very taken aback at this behavior. I was too uncomfortable to ask him to fix my nails because they are very thick, and not the shape I asked for (I asked for coffin). Even if he had been professional and appropriate, I would not go back because I dont like my nails. more ... less ...

Fast and kind service. Tips were a little rough, but other than that I am completely satisfied. I was able to get a same day appointment also!

Shiny Nails did a terrible job on my acrylic nails. My cuticles were dry. The acrylic was uneven, crooked and my nails had chipping on them right after the were done drying. She also refused to give me a refund and started complaining to me that it costs too much money for her to run my debit card through as a method of payment. The Salon Manager also lied to my face and falsely accused me of breaking my own nails. Shiny Nails is unsatisfitisfactory, unprofessional, racist and unsanitary. Worst place to go get your nails done... They rush when they are doing your nails not caring if they are hurting you. The older lady seemed to be in a mad mood the whole time

The guy that was doing our nails was AMAZING! But the one star is for the lady who did ours and the other young lady who was there. The younger lady made us feel like we were uncomfortable there. This place has such great customer service. However 2 days after my nails got done the paint started chipping. But honestly Id go back
