My coworkers highly recommended this place. I scheduled a pedicure appointment since I was needing to keep a tight schedule that day. It took 10 minutes of standing at the front desk for someone to greet me and check me My coworkers highly recommended this place. I scheduled a pedicure appointment since I was needing to keep a tight schedule that day. It took 10 minutes of standing at the front desk for someone to greet me and check me in. People who arrived for walk ins at the same time as me were seated first. From the time I arrived to the time my feet hit the water was 35 minutes. I then sat soaking for another 10 minutes until someone arrived to start my pedicure. 2 separate people did my pedicure. I was fuming inside, but didnt say anything because I was so shoked at how horrible my service was vs what my coworkers had to say about the place. They were busy and thanked me for being understanding. I had to cut my nail drying time short as I was already 30 minutes late for my next appointment. My coworkers said that maybe I should try not to go on a weekend (went on a Friday at 1pm). The owner was very nice. I will try this place one more time. more ... less ...

Ive been here a few times, and my nails turned out cute and they were helpful with deciding what color I should do, but they pretty much do whatever they want from there. This last time, I made an appointment for a fill (and trust me, I only needed a fill), and next thing I know, shes clipping off all my nails and doing a full set. Not only was that more expensive, but she completely messed up the shape and technique. Now, after 2 weeks of having these nails, two of them have broken below the nail line, which HURTS! Im not returning here since I dont get what I want and clearly ask for. more ... less ...

I have been going here for a few years now and I got to say the people there are very nice. I have had no problems really when I go! Plus they are pretty affordable and things always come out nice! Would recommend!!

I am always very hesitant to get my nails done because I’ve had a few bad experiences in the past, but after reading the great reviews for LAOS Nail Lounge I decided to give them a try and IT WAS SO WORTH IT!\n\nAll I am always very hesitant to get my nails done because I’ve had a few bad experiences in the past, but after reading the great reviews for LAOS Nail Lounge I decided to give them a try and IT WAS SO WORTH IT!\n\nAll the ladies there are so friendly and professional. They do a great job and make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. I have found my go-to nail salon and I’m not looking back! I highly recommend checking them out.\n\nJust know they are in the same building as Milios and Chalet Pizza. Use the Chalet Pizza entrance and you’ll find them :) more ... less ...

I knew from the moment she started filling down my nails to put the tips on it was going to be rushed. She cut me several times and my actual nail ripped off and is just down to the skin. I asked her if she could fix it and she started yelling at her coworker. She was doing a sloppy job trying to fix one nail so i asked if i could just have them taken off and she was very rude and told me she wouldn’t be taking them off and continuously cut me multiple times after and filled it down even though i told her not to she smudge all my nail polish and they looked like i used expired chunky nail polish on my nails and it was a very thin layer of acrylic which made them super easy to take off so i doubt they would have lasted me a week. I paid $50 for something i didn’t want and i took them off the minute i left she was very rude and rushed everything. more ... less ...

Absolutely thrilled with Lorenzos, Never had anything done to my hair professionally before and I had super dark hair. Had Aaron bleach it out and he toned it to a perfect platinum.
