This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I’m so happy with my experience! My friend and I were running about 15 minutes late, but we made sure to call and let them know. My friend and I were running about 15 minutes late, but we made sure to call and let them know. They were still able to get us in right away and I didn’t feel rushed at all! Alice did my gel pedicure and my acrylic nails and she was so nice! I’m really indecisive about everything, so I let her decide where to put the design and what kind of design to do. She did such a nice job and my nails look amazing!\n\nIt was my first time getting acrylic nails and she made sure they were straight and she was very gentle with all the tools. The prices were great compared to other nail salons, but this is definitely the best experience I’ve had at any salon! I can’t stop looking at my beautiful nails! WORST!!!! Salon ever, I told him my nail bed was sensitive because he was trying to rip off my old nails & he said he doesn’t and can’t work on my nails and if I could go somewhere else! This was after me polit WORST!!!! Salon ever, I told him my nail bed was sensitive because he was trying to rip off my old nails & he said he doesn’t and can’t work on my nails and if I could go somewhere else! This was after me politely saying that my nail bed is sensitive and I usually get them soaked off because of this reason. To start off with I got there and had to wait 15-20\nminutes even though only one other customer was in there, I still waited patiently!! Owner is insane, seriously. Within 60 seconds of entering the store I picked up a book, and then tried to fix a stack that was falling over (I had bumped it slightly getting the book). I am not one to leave a negative review on a business, but here we are. Last week a friend and I went to Super Nail to have pedicures done. The nail tech was friendly, and able to fit us in with short notice. There was o I am not one to leave a negative review on a business, but here we are. Last week a friend and I went to Super Nail to have pedicures done. The nail tech was friendly, and able to fit us in with short notice. There was only one worker, so she completed my pedicure, then my friends. During my pedicure, the nail tech began digging her tool under my skin to pull out “ingrown nails” she then grabbed hold of it and ripped it out. I bled a bit when she did it, and was annoyed, but didn’t think much of it. I still tipped her very well, thanked her and went on my way. The next few days the area was tender and beginning to get inflamed. I soaked my feet and used antibiotic cream to help prevent infection. It’s been almost a week now, and my toenail bed is infected, and I have to begin taking oral antibiotics. Nail techs should never make their clients bleed, but I have never had a manicure or pedicure that has caused this bad of an infection. I would not recommend coming here, unless you would like a trip to the doctor a week later. more ... less ...
