So what was the point of making an appointment if my wife and daughter had to wait and then get told at the end that the staff was very busy and to come back another time?? Great pink and white gel manicures from Mary. This skill is not very common, so Im very happy to have found her. Small salon feel with top drawer quality and service.

I love V Nails because Anna is the sweetest, most considerate and talented nail artist. Their prices are very good and shoulder massages are a great add, but Ann needs to learn how to be more kind with her customers. I was pleased with their cleanliness and sanitization standards. I felt very comfortable there. Everyone wore masks and they were extra vigilant.

One of the worst pedicures ever. The tech barely did anything. I am elderly and am usually helped into the chair. Saw the sign that appointments were needed but was able to get in the next day. Note, please keep your appointments, as I saw them have to turn away big projects to keep time for their appointments. There wasn’t really any cuticle prep or removal. I liked the nail shape but each nail is off in shape or size, no one else would notice but me. The technician got mad at me when the polish got on my skin around the nail when I wasn’t doing it on purpose and made a big deal on having to clean it up. There was also no cuticle oil afterwards which is usually what I look forward to especially in dry months. Overall, it was fine, maybe better for just a gel polish without acrylics more ... less ...

I have never had someone treat me so poorly in a nail salons before.\n\nFirst off he kept getting irritated & bending my hands, pulling them etc like I could read his mind as to where I should have them placed. I also politely asked him to show me a picture of all of the shapes to choose from since I know they had a picture & he rudely said, “You don’t know what an almond or coffin shape looks like” then proceeded to laugh with his coworker. He wouldn’t show me so I took my phone & googled it myself. I just honestly needed a reminder in what coffin shape looks like.\n\nI stuck it out even thou I was very irritated. My last straw was when I was drying my nails, I didn’t feel myself bump anything but apparently I did. He goes to put the clear coat on & just looks ticked off & shows me my nails & said “Do you see anything here” mad that I accidentally bumped my nail. Mind you it took him 10 seconds to repaint it. I looked at him & said, “ Okay but clearly I didn’t do that on purpose!”\n\nI could go on & on but I won’t. Worst nail business I’ve ever been to in 20 years.
