they did a great job on gel nails, they were very nice and got the job done. they even stayed open a few minutes late for me to get my nails done. would definitely come back!

I called and made a appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early. A lady(obviously a friend) showed up that had a appointment and was 45 minutes late came in the lady who was taking care of me started rushing to take care I called and made a appointment. I’ve been going here for years and I love it. I’ve tried other places in town but keep coming back to Lexi Nails. Pedicures are always nicely done. I have been going to this salon for awhile , I have always loved my nails ! Today I got a set that had many imperfections and I called and let them know , they were very nice and took care of it with no issues ! Wow.. if I could leave less than a star I would.\nI was offered 30% off for being a new client in the beginning, than the front desk lady didn’t apply it at the end. The front desk lady claimed it can’t be applied, had another lady say that it can be and got my discount as offered…\n\nBe warned if your hair is longer than your shoulders, you will be charged extra $22 fee. I didn’t expect this from a college, they charge extra as if I’m at Aveda. I went in for a $24 all over color, left paying over $50.\n\nI got home and noticed a huge dye stain all over my outfit. Not a few specks of hair dye, a huge blob of black dye all down my back. Their students are lousy and careless, I’m not happy with my color half of it is on my back and not in my hair.\nThey are students although, you will pay extra for hair dye to be painted on your back like a canvas.\n\nEven though I went in and showed multiple people who claim they’re higher power I was told they’re students and can’t be held accountable. more ... less ...

I got my nails done by the owner. Very rude, snatched my hand and was filing not my nail but my skin. Both my pinky nails were shorter than the rest of my nails and all of my nails were different sizes. The nails are sop I got my nails done by the owner.
