I really like enails and it’s my go to place, I would have given it 5 stars before today but I got the guy who takes the phone calls and sits at the front. After he finished it didn’t look anything like what I asked for and more than that it was just done very poorly and there are hairs in the polish that are very visible and a big gap between the cuticle and the polish. The team here is very nice and the place is clean and comfortable. I have been here three or more times now, and each time the person doing my nails has done the wrong color. One time I got really bright blue nails, which is not my style at all. Everyone is friendly and nice, but my experience has been they switch the plan up on you in process and you just get what you get. Omgosh I can not say good enough things about this place. They get me in on short notice, I never have to wait, they do an amazing job. I mostly go here for my acrylic nails though. When I get my nails done I like design, different stuff. They literally kill the design everytime. This is the best place hands down I have ever been to. Booked this place for a wedding off the glowing recommendation from the bride, since this is her favorite place. Although the owners/couple are very nice, I personally will not be returning. My tech, Cindy, had to run back and forth between working on my nails and tending to their two young children, an infant and toddler, so that took away from having a good experience. I respect the hustle and could’ve looked past it if the quality was good, but the service just wasn’t up to my standards. I got regular dip powder and Cindy didn’t even prep my nails nor clean up the shape to make sure they’re even. I was chipping away at the extra hardened powder around and under my nails while she started on my sister. She got regular dip like me, but Cindy started doing things to her nails that she didn’t do to mine- like filing away the extra powder under her nails and cleaning it up to look nice. It was just a weird experience. Again, VERY NICE couple and prices were more than reasonable, but I wouldn’t return due to the inconsistency. Not sure if you can tell in the photo, but my index nail is way longer than the rest 😭 don’t get me started on my other hand… more ... less ...
