Sam did a phenomenal job taking care of me and my hair! New to the area, I was concerned about finding a new stylist. I feel very fortunate to have made the appointment with Sam at Japa Salon. My best friend and I just got pedicures done there and our feet look and feel horrible. Usually after a pedicure you’re feet feel smooth and soft, ours do not. We asked for French tips on our toes instead of a solid color and I honestly have done a better job doing my own French tips in the past. more ... less ...

I would give zero stars if I could. They messed up my nails so bad that I had to take the polish off when I got home and re-paint them, total waist of money and time. The customer service at Shangri La Nails was top-notch! We requested 5 pedicures very last minute and they squeezed us in and made our girls day extra special! The ladies cracked jokes with us and made us feel so comfort The customer service at Shangri La Nails was top-notch! Later that night we realized that one of us accidentally left our phone in our chair and they offered to drive back to the store that night to get us our phone, but instead came to meet us on Sunday, when the store was closed, to get us our phone before leaving on vacation. I paid over$100 for a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. My nails are thick, different lengths, she was filling on my skin and hurt my finger, did not listen to my requests, was rude- they wouldve looked better i I paid over$100 for a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. Same thing- different lengths and it looks like I painted my own toes. There were toe nail clippings all over the pedicure area.... So gross! Then when I called to complain, they gave me the opportunity to come in with the same person or wait until 5:00. The whole point of getting a new set of nails put on last night was because I had an appointment that was very important today. When I said that wouldnt work that I needed them fixed earlier in the day, she hung up on me. This place is a typical cheap nail salon that does not value its customers or provide quality work. Save your money and give it to people that do work they can be proud of. I plan to be contacting the department of health next.... more ... less ...
