I feel they have gone downhill recently. I wasn’t wearing my glasses and multiple employees gushed about how nice my toes looked, only to see them look like this up close. That, along with them now requiring a depos I feel they have gone downhill recently. That, along with them now requiring a deposit that could not be used for an appointment that needed to be rescheduled (I called 48 hours ahead to let them know), is leading me to look for better quality and treatment of longtime customers. more ... less ...

They were all nice and the place is clean and comfortable. I got gel polish, and they all came off within about 4 days. I was not impressed with that.

I just brought my niece in to get her nails done. Shes 7 years old, so I expected that they might get done quicker than they would if it was an adult, but not this quick. They finished her nails in less than 5 minutes. W I just brought my niece in to get her nails done. We looked at her nails and they were terrible. Her skin was painted and the paint in her nails were smudged. We told them, and asked them to fix it and they said they would. We sat there for another 15 minutes and no one came to fix them. We decided to leave, and they charged $18 for this terrible service. I will never go back. We went to another place to get them fixed, and they even agreed that it was very unprofessional. Some things I saw were that they would spend more time and did better on the people who were getting something that costed more. Also, they did not require masks, which is fine, but people were sneezing and wiping it on the chair, which they would not clean afterwards. more ... less ...

Kim and Lou are amazing. They take their time on the job that they perform. They ask customers to make an appointment. I like the ideal of having an appointment because I feel like they can take their time and not have Kim and Lou are amazing. They take their time on the job that they perform. Came here for a fill and to fix a nail. I didnt know you needed to book appt only, But they took me right in and done my nails! Super nice guy and the lady was also nice. I love Zen Nails! I have gotten my nails done twice so far there. Once by Tammy, and just now by Lee (unsure how he spells it) … both were fantastic!
