I made an appointment and was greeted when I arrived. This place is awesome, I was looking for someone who made my nails look great. And This is over the top great place. Where do I start!!?? When I walked in there were just 2 people working there and NO customers! They looked less then enthused to help me and barely smiled or made conversation with me. They looked less then enthused to help me and barely smiled or made conversation with me. Felt super uncomfortable. Maybe I should have taken that as a sign. The pedicure I chose was the basic one for $27. Got gel polish. I get it, touching people’s feet def has to be gross, but we are paying customers(mine aren’t gross and they’re clipped!) and when they wear latex gloves it takes away from the massage big time! Then as the lady was doing my feet, her pedicure utensils were in a pencil box thing and not in that sterilized wrapping. Just thrown in. AND, while doing my toes, she drops the cuticle pusher thing on the floor and continues to use it! Even barber 💈 shops get a new comb out when it hits the floor. I didn’t say anything cuz I was shocked. For my hands, I chose the dip pink and white nails with tips. Total? Somehow $86! How does the BASIC pedicure that was listed as $27 and the hand nails add up to $86??!! Then I did the bare minimum of tip so in total it cost $98!! I’ve NEVER spent that much for both before! The best. Ive gone here since I was a little kid with my mom. Everywhere else Ive gone I just havent been as impressed. And their prices are very very reasonable compared to other nearby salons. My daughter-in-law and I went to this place for a pedicure and manicure, service was decent… Not the best, however the following day when my bank statement came through they overcharged me by $12 on my debit card I My daughter-in-law and I went to this place for a pedicure and manicure, service was decent… Not the best, however the following day when my bank statement came through they overcharged me by $12 on my debit card I used. The receipt clearly shows $23 but I was charged 35! Upon returning to the shop for a refund, they sent me away saying that it was probably my banks fault and that I should check with them… This isn’t one or two dollar difference as I told them, but $12 that they refuse to refund even though I showed them the receipt and my bank transaction\nVery disappointed ☹️ more ... less ...

Nancy & Quinn are wonderful people and have a nice & clean salon. They always do a great job on my nails. I highly recommend this place! You might want to make an appointment.

Although the location is beautiful and the layout was beautiful the service Tech that gave me my treatment had a poor attitude. . I Figured oh well itll just grow out but after A-day or 2 I asked if i could come back in to have it repaired or something else done. I traveled over 20 miles to get to the location only to be told that there was nothing that they would offer me and any changes or services would be at full charge. Yes, I was disappointed that they could/would not offer anything. She actually got up and walked away and went back to cleaning other stations\nOut of 8 seats they had 2 customers. Hopefully your experience will be better I wont go again so I wont know.\n\nI wish I could say my request to call back in went well. When I called the male manager answered the phone. (He vanished to the back of the salon the first day and made no attempt to address my concerns.) He advised me the techs name was Kim. Yes. Kim. I advised him that again I was not pleased with the cut being down lower than the cuticle. Normally, a tip is added on the fingernail to even the hand out. He advised me that I could come in and he would give me 50% off of a full set. I advised him I was not pleased with the manicure either and advised him Kim may need more training. I asked if I could do another treatment of some sort at 50% and he told me NO! I would have to just have my nails done. So....again I will not be going back. Love getting my nails done here. They do a great job, it’s super clean, friendly, and nearby. Ever since Ive been going to her, Ive had countless compliments from both men & women; strangers stop me on the street & ask me who does my hair! Her sunny Cynthia has been styling my hair since 2001 & she is wonderful! Ever since Ive been going to her, Ive had countless compliments from both men & women; strangers stop me on the street & ask me who does my hair! Her sunny personality will put you at ease & her skill with the scissors and color will have you returning. The salon itself isnt anything to write home about, but everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I have been coming to this salon last 10 years. Management changed through out the years, but this time around, there has been a lot positive changes. Staff at Gigi nails is always nice and polite. Staff at Gigi nails is always nice and polite. They make you feel like you are part of the family! There is no long wait. They always pamper me and always do exactly what I ask for. Gigi is amazing at doing acrylic nails. There is so many nail colors you can choose from. Ambient is very peaceful and relaxing. I had my nails done many times by them and have had a wonderful experience each time. They pay attention to detail and make sure your set is just the way you want it and COMPLETELY flawless. I have had this set for well I had my nails done many times by them and have had a wonderful experience each time. I have had this set for well over a month and have had no issues with lifting or the stones falling off! (and my job is very rough and hands-on!)
