Ive been a customer for over 3 decades and highly recommend Kare-n-Hair Salon and highly recommend to everyone. The staff is friendly, caring and values its customers. Anyone that would disagree has the wrong facts.

I love going here so much. I have sensitive nails and I always let the technician know first and she is always gentle. My hands feel so amazing leaving here. I got my nails done and within a few hours they cracked and split all the way through. I wanted a refund and to have them soaked off and they refused. Absolutely would not recommend.

So I am updating my review once again. The owner Holly called last week and asked for another chance. I went today and got the best manicure of my life. She deserved another chance and I am REALLY GLAD I went back!!!\nStuff happens\nI am changing from five stars (which I sat down and wrote immediately while my pedicure was started ) to 3.5 stars. For over $100 I think things should be right. And they were not. In a world where customer service is rare. Holly is wonderful, very sweet….however: my experience quickly took a bad turn.\nKelly and Henry were good technically The shape of my fingernails and my toenails is great but when it came time to paint ..things went bad fast. They just couldn’t get the concept of a black tip French manicure with a design on the ring fingers and the big toes. I showed them a picture they He Ty Said “I know what I’m doing I don’t need the picture” then proceeded in making a very gaudy version of what I like. The designs were backwards even after me telling him and her both “not there please!” Henry said I’ll start over, I said no no don’t do that and he wiped my nail clean before I could blink in eye. I had to have my toe redone and then I was late for an appointment.\nMy fingers? the black faded all down into the white so it looks like I have purple and black nails. Really unhappy. I left all stressed out .\nThe place is sanitary, clean, nice atmosphere (except the music kept repeating the same songs over and over ) it was professional and perfect on my first visit. Not my second. Holly did offer to redo my nails but I did not have time. Try it and make your own choice. You may have better luck than I did like on my first time, it was great more ... less ...

I went in there asking for a specific nail design. She told me they were going to be $70. I asked her multiple times if she could do the design, she said yes. Don’t get me wrong they are cute but definitely NOT what I ASKED for. She never asked me how long or short I wanted them when she started cutting. And quickly cut them to where I couldn’t say to make them longer and kept telling me they look better this way. And then I told her I wanted them thicker and she said they are very thick right now. You don’t want them thicker. So I said fine. And then she cut me while filing my nail down. This place does horrible business. more ... less ...

I love this place everyone is super nice and friendly. I do like having a certain person do my nails. Jymmy does a fantastic job. Im a gay man who likes to get my nails done and some nail places can make you feel awkward but i have always been made to feel comfortable here. My toes and nails always look amazing! Both Bryan and Ryan are wonderful nail techs. When it comes to removing nails or getting new sets they are very gentle. Their methods of removing polish, gel, dip may take longer but they are painless. Ive often been abl Both Bryan and Ryan are wonderful nail techs. Ive often been able to schedule same day appointments and they do take walk ins. Ryan is very artistic, and has his own designs and is very good about recreating designs from Pinterest or making better designs. Bryan is very good about learning new techniques. Both nail techs are very precise when it comes to shaping nails. Sweet talented boys! Hope is very lovely.
