Pool indoors is very small, not just depth but in length, comfortably fits like 6 people maybe. I dont want to be on top of people. But the room has spit on the mirror, front desk did address that but whoever they sent it just did the one mirror, the other mirror also had stuff on it and no trash bags in the trash cans. Room had a musty smell, stale. Back view was nice but the AC units or whatever they have on the roof was so loud, you can hear it all around the property, oh the AC filters scattered all over the lower roof area. 😂... Spa is closed Monday and Tuesday, restaurant has minimal options and nothing appetizing to me, especially the starters. All these things arent a huge deal but the room is expensive and supposedly a 4 star hotel, they nickle and dime you on top of the room charge, 75$ a day hold and then 25$ a day room charge. 🤣🤣 Totally will be at the best western plus next stay. Not worth it 100% more ... less ...

So I went there today and they couldn’t do rainbow nails. Apparently you can only pick simple colors and designs. A girl worked on filing my nails and then halfway through she switched with this guy. A girl worked on filing my nails and then halfway through she switched with this guy. He filed them more to where it burned. He nicked me multiple times. I wanted pointy nails and he couldn’t manage to get them straight. As he was cutting then to size after gluing the base down, he ripped it off and laughed. Not the length I wanted. He applied the acrylic and it started to burn on a few on my fingers. The edges are bumpy and the polish is scratched. Their was hair in it and it wasn’t very sanitary. The guy kept touching his face and then my hands. I would NOT recommend. They’re frauds. You can do better at home. more ... less ...
