I thought it was weird that there was only once technical given that I had three people booked. When I walked in, I was barely greeted.\n\nShe then ask my family what color they wanted and they said none at this time. So then she said ok then clear coat. But we requested none at all.\n\nNone of the seats were prepared and had to wait for her to get the seats ready. She seemed to be annoyed that we were waiting to be seated and told us to go and wait in the lobby area in a very condescending tone.\n\nAdditionally, the place wasnt very clean (which would have been more forgiving it the customer service was top notch).\n\nI am not sure what kind of business model runs on staff being annoyed that people want to pay for a service, but was a waste of my Saturday afternoon. There was no attempt to make us feel welcome at all and would never want to return here.\n\nSuch a disappointment compared to the excellent service I received at Nail Expo in Ballwin/Manchester. more ... less ...

For me, I wanted short nails. I had dip that came off of two nails and I trimmed those two nails down to where I wanted all of my nails. The tech kept trying to get me to add length after I said I wanted short. I know what I want. Now I get dip because I dont like the UV from gel. Well after he dipped me he put a gel coat on. I was so confused. For my daughter, she got gel. Well two days later one of them chipped because it had an air bubble.\n\nLove the atmosphere and the people but unfortunately the execution missed the mark. more ... less ...

So if you are getting extensions, call or contact them EARLY ahead of time because it takes 2 hours to do, and thats without any design. They have so many colors to choose from and an array of designs. The place is clean, and so are the tools. The woman who cleaned and painted my nails (the one with a sleeve tattoo) and the owner who did the extensions are definitely dedicated to perfection. Despite my unexpected request, they were still very patient, accommodating and did not rush the job. And it shows because my nails are flawless and gorgeous.
