Very very disappointed with the way I was treated. I scheduled and appointment the day before for 2:15. I drove the 45 minutes to get there and was even early to my appointment. We were barely acknowledged when we walked in the door. I am aware that you do not always get sat right away so I waited. After 40 minutes I was still waiting patiently. I noticed a few of what I assume to be there regulars walk in as they were greeted by name. After another 30 minutes still nothing. On top of all the waiting, they continued to sit WALK INS before me because they âknewâ them. I understand being loyal to returning customers but what is the point of making an appointment if they completely disregard you and donât even acknowledge you. I do not recommend going here as they seem to not care about customer service or caring for those who took the time to make an appointment. I ended up leaving with no service as I was tired of wasting my time. Iâve been taken care of faster and better at a McDonaldâs restaurant then here.
