I started going here over twenty years ago, service has declined drastically since then. Angie, like a lot of reviews point out, is not friendly and can be down right rude. Even after that I continued to go because the location is convenient, but could kick myself for settling. I’m paying them my hard earned money and they can’t even pretend to care about me as a costumer is unacceptable. Worst customer service EVER!!! I been going to this shop for over 3 years. My usual nail tech was not in(she moved to the Southside and no longer works there to find out, great for her because that place is beneath her). Worst customer service EVER!!! So they told me appointment only. They wasn’t busy, only one customer was there getting a pedi. So when I pointed at the sign that says walk ins. The owner comes and tell me no one wants to do my nails. Never had any words with any nail tech, never skipped a bill and i always tip my nail techs. So i asked y? And she told me I want too much done. Joke right. Nope, they was serious lol the nail techs there now are the worst. The male tech talks all day and his work looks like a 1st grader painted yo nails. All the techs there are lazy, they really only wanna service people who are getting manicures (less work). Your nails will be uneven, crooked and lumpy.. Fair warning go some where else more ... less ...

Was given an appointment time to return due to the amount of nail techs, which I didn’t mind. When I returned in an hour, I was instructed to go wash my hands by Lisa, and once done she smiled and said “Ready!?” I talked to her like I knew her for years… she’s down to earth, honest, and a master at her craft!! She’s a perfectionist, as well as the lady that did my pedicure, “Jae”. They have and will keep me as a loyal customer….And I’m very grateful I crossed paths with Great Nails!! :-) more ... less ...

It’s crazy how one person can ruin the whole experience. I came in to get a full set and a pedicure. John did an amazing job on my pedicure I highly recommend him. This means that is very important not to nip me with any tools. Linda was extremely rough with the file and hit my skin several times with her drill. I pulled my hand away several times and Once I said something to her she took a really bad attitude and rushed the rest of the service. At the end of the service I asked for her name just to confirm and she gave me a different name. Luckily a coworker reminded me of her real name. DO NOT SIT IN HER CHAIR!!! This was my first visit to Pro Nails after tiring of the poor customer service at my previous salon and I must say this ex I really wanna keep this salon my own secret, but the truth is others should know how good it is! This was my first visit to Pro Nails after tiring of the poor customer service at my previous salon and I must say this experience was a breath of fresh air. The salon seemed nicely appointed; more so than you would expect from the street view. As soon as I came in, Michelle was professional & nice, greeting me, letting me know the wait time, and also taking a look at my desired nail design to make sure she could do it. Without an appt, I was told an hour wait--which is about what I expected for a Saturday, but it did end up being slightly less: 45 minutes. I also saw them allow people to put their names down, leave and come & back; a nice courtesy not often afforded at other shops. Michelle worked carefully with me the entire time, suggesting colors and asking questions to make sure I was happy with my holiday design. Her customer service was amazing and I also found the prices to be very affordable. I left more than happy with my nails and having found a new nail place, as I will be back again and again! more ... less ...

They were very nice very efficient. Prices were comparable to other places. I wanted pink and white gel nails. There are limited places that can do that. I came 3 days in a row to get my eyebrows done and they asked if I had an appointment which I didnt and they would say come back tomorrow, without offering to make me an appointment.
