Very poor service. They dont do good designs. When I pointed out my nail was crooked she refused to fix it. Do not use them. Plenty of better nailshops. The lady was rough and filed too far down.

I received a gel manicure and the deluxe pedicure with 7 min massage. I am fairly happy with the results, but not impressed. There is also a lot of bubbling on my nails from the top coat which leaves me pretty disappointed as I went OUT to have my nails done to avoid having these little imperfections on them. My nail tech was nice but did not seem to understand a thing I said about what I wanted due to the language barrier. communicating you’re wants and having them understood is important to me, especially something just as simple as “no cut down” and “not square”, so I found it a little frustrating, but as I said, she was still nice and took her time on my nails so I was generally pleased. Although I did notice a designated area for clean towels in the salon, The towels used appeared dirty. I also believe that I was overcharged by quite a bit, but again due to the language barrier could not communicate this so I simply let it go, spending more than I had anticipated. I came in for a full set of acrylic nails. When I was getting them done, the lady asked me what color and shape I would like and I gave her the number and said I wanted coffin shape. Halfway through painting my nails she I came in for a full set of acrylic nails. Halfway through painting my nails she told me she was going to do a design on two of my nails, I didn’t ask for a design but I let her do it anyways. When I went to check out my total was $60. A full set is normally $45. She told me that to do a long coffin is $10 extra, I’m confused because if you are getting acrylic you normally go in wanting long nails, and you are putting the fake nail on no matter the length. If I was told upfront that coffin long was going to be $10 extra I would have asked for a different shape. I also was told that the two colors was a $5 up charge, and I didn’t even want the design in the first place; I felt like I was pressured into getting it. I just wish they would have been upfront about the pricing, and a little nicer when I asked why the price was so high. more ... less ...
