My daughters have been going to Salon Envy for a few years, and it seems like they have a decent amount of turnover in the stylists. My middle daughters most recent visit was not good, and will be the last time any of my 3 girls go to Salon Envy. My daughter showed her stylist a couple pictures of what she wanted but it did not turn out that way at all. She was in tears as soon as we walked out the door. When I called to voice my concern the stylist was understanding and tried to fix the situation best she could, however the owner did not seem to be empathetic in the slightest. I often float to different nail salons but I primarily go here. I enjoy their service. I leave feeling very satisfied with my nails. Ive had good luck with getting my nails done and I really loved getting pedicures! The girls are friendly and good! My son paid for my pedicure for a Christmas night out and he got a pedicure also. So they said it would be $10 each and we agreed. They do not use any skin softeners in the water. Just water. My 9 year old granddaughter wanted her fingernails and toes painted, she said it would be $6 so I said ok. They charged my son $120 and I paid a $23 cash tip. $36 for 2 pedicures.. $48 for 2 kids.. he tried to say I paid $46 for mine because I got a design and my nails painted, my sons was $36. So with my grandson was $92. $28 for my granddaughter who soaked her feet in water. Her toenails were filed a little, painted and a design snowflake on one toe.\nThey have charged me more on pedicures before, but I enjoyed it so much I paid it because I really like the girls that work there. The reason I got mad was the new owner wanted to argue with me and said he told my son what he was charging and my son said that he didnt tell him the charges until after he already charged his credit card. I called the owner and told him he overcharged us and he wanted to argue with me. Not a good thing to overcharge and argue with a regular customer when your taking over the business. The clearly disgruntled older female technician attempted to improperly remove nails in an unprofessional aggressive manner that would have resulted in a damage of my nail bed (my natural nails were visibly long and healthy). Technician also went out of her way to speak poorly in different language to other staff members while sheepishly smiling and masking hateful behavior. Notorious for providing mediocre service while overpricing for outdated services. Having the audacity to inquire oa to and barely providing cleanliness throughout the process of a basic manicure. Blacks overall respect for majority blackblacks overall respect for majority black staff. Before leaving the establishment I was inquired by another employee as to whether or not their service was good when clearly the employee witnessed the older technicians on professional behavior. With my experience Ive realized that staff is willing to cut corners and not provide full cleaning for nails I will stress that a second time. this particular technician appear to be overworked, and burnt out however that does not excuse the unprofessionalism. I had the chance to talk to some of the lady’s there and they were very nice, but the lady that I had was extremely rude and unprofessional. During my pedicure I told her that I have a tender spot on my toe and she proceeded to grab that spot anyway and file roughly in that corner, either she didn’t care or wasn’t listening. I also got a manicure and she nicked my skin when she was using the nail drill and I pulled my arm back instinctively and that made her mad. Every time I told her she was hurting me she got more and more annoyed each time. Everything I asked for was just an inconvenience to her. She ended up getting so mad at me that she wouldn’t stop bossing me around in the worst tone, which really upset me. I was having a rough week already and she just made it worse. I tried walking out without tipping her and she made me come back to tip, so I ended up giving her just a dollar because that experience wasn’t worth my time. I wouldn’t recommend going here and I won’t be returning. more ... less ...

the 1st photo is what I wanted..i got this 2nd and 3rd photos...the stripes were off and the wrong size and they rushed it...wiped it off and tried again.the more ppl came in the more they rushed. They need to learn to take their time...the guy rushed the lady off my feet in order to get to another that just came in...then he took over and messed up my feet and had to wipe it off...he wiped black off white and didnt even do the white over just left black residue...talking about you like....i said no!
