To be fair I wag given my float a year ago 2021, for Mother’s Day. With the pandemic I put it off as long as I could. But a week before Mother’s Day 2022 I ventured out and tried it. But a week before Mother’s Day 2022 I ventured out and tried it. Least be known to my self I was coming down with a virus circling our area. I went the day my symptoms started. My experience was less than I hoped for. I gave my experience a 4 due to the most symptomatic lady I have ever met. I only made it 10 min in the float, 20 min on the floor and 15 min in the shower. I was visibly shaking when I made it back out front. Bless the receptionst heart. She tended to me until I felt better to drive. With such a short float she told me to return when I felt better. I drive from Florissant to come and get my hands and feet done. The “nail tech” Mercy can NOT do nails. I tried her a couple times thinking that maybe she had a bad day but the 2nd time was worse then the 1st t I drive from Florissant to come and get my hands and feet done. Then has an attitude when you let her know you don’t like it. I’m sorry but I do not do rudeness at all.. so I will be taking my money elsewhere. So be careful on which nail tech you see because some are ONLY hood for doing feet.. not nails.. smh more ... less ...

Amy does an excellent job on pedicure and dip powder. My issues was cleaniness. They do not use clean tools when doing nails. The counter that you get your nails done is filthy. I went to get a set of acrylic nails taken off and they did a TERRIBLE JOB. She did not look where my natural nails began so she she cut off my natural nails. She then proceeded to not soak my nails off at all and began I went to get a set of acrylic nails taken off and they did a TERRIBLE JOB. She did not look where my natural nails began so she she cut off my natural nails. She then proceeded to not soak my nails off at all and began to try and take them off with nail tips. My nails were clearly not coming off but she then proceeded to try anyway cutting my thumb and making it bleed. When I asked about soaking them off she said it would take too long. She then just put glue on my bleeding nail . She then left her station to handle cash and came back to my nails without sanitizer. When I expressed concern and let her know that I was leaving to go somewhere else she yelled that I still needed to pay for the service that cut off my natural nails, damaged the surface of my nails, and made me bleed. Not only was the unpleasant but it was unprofessional and unsanitary. I could not express enough how much I discourage anyone else from going. more ... less ...

OK so normally I dont leave reviews but I just want to say this. Im a nail biter. This is not that place. Every time Ive come here no matter who was taking care of my nails they have been kind, caring and considerate while doing them. Being gentle and always asking if Im in pain in any way. If Im being honest sometimes the shape is a little off and they may not look \"perfect\" but for me, getting my nails done is for the me time and to keep me from biting or picking at my nails. I had to stop going back in July due to money but I am able to fit nails into my budget again and I couldnt be more excited about it. The last time I had them I got them done for about 6 months and I hadnt seen my nailbeds look that beautiful for the majority of my life. Im so excited to be coming back to this salon. The people here are always so kind to me. Amazing service, super clean and always kind. I love this place! more ... less ...

I cant say enough about them. I love their service and them! My first time there was about six years ago and I have never looked back. Vikki and Lon are both amazing. Even when the artist I booked with was busy because I was early, someone else jumped in and helped me get started right away! I showed Lili a pretty complicated design I wanted, and never did I expect the result to look identical to the photo!! I started coming to this salon right after they first opened. I had a regular pedicure with no gel polish only because it was winter and no one was really going to see my feet except me. I came a few more times before I moved to Florida and was pleased each time. The place is spotless and the staff is very professional and careful with your foot care. There are many options of scents and packages, & the selection of colors is endless.\nWhen I came back the beginning of January for a family visit I made a point to make an appointment for a pedicure. Since we are attending some Spring Training games I wanted to get a gel polish for the lasting value and something in a baseball theme. Henry came through again!
