(Mind you I’ve been here 1.5 hours). I have been coming here for many many years. Today I’ve made the decision I will not be coming back as this isn’t the first time this has happened but have always been loyal coming here and would wait it out/forgive them. I got my nails done for a wedding and asked for a dip powder manicure and I realized after I left that it looked like I had \"chick lets” on my fingers and they also chipped the same day. I also had to ask for my cuticles to be trimmed which I thought was part of a manicure. I went back the next day to get them fixed (did not have time that day bc had to get to the wedding) and to let them know they were way to thick and instead of offering to fix them they said they could take them off and that the thickness depends on which person does them. They did fix the chip by filing and putting clear coat on but still has a bump on it. I didn’t spend $43 plus tip to take them off the next day plus I have not had my nails done there so how am I supposed to know who does a good job. They should all be doing a good job! They did my daughters nails as well and cut her finger with the dremel tool plus the lady who did her nails was not very friendly to her. My oldest daughter got hers done too and they didn’t cut her cuticles. When the owner talked to me she was very rude and didn’t offer to actually fix the problem. So after spending around at least $125.00 and an additional amount for tip that is how we were treated. I feel as if they are not about quality or customer satisfaction it’s just about getting people in and out. We were really looking forward to getting our nails done but we should have just painted our own! Also I guess I should have read other reviews before going to Eureka nails. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went here to get my nails done for prom and I wanted them long, pink and sparkly. They were the complete opposite!! I asked the guy that did it to fix them multiple times during the process and he wou DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went here to get my nails done for prom and I wanted them long, pink and sparkly. They turned out way too short, weren’t even pink and they were extremely thick with the acrylic. I even had acrylic under the nail!!
