The only reason I am even leaving 1 star is because Tammy has been so kind in trying to make up for the ABSOLUTELY AWFUL experience I had with Don at this salon. He sent me to the wrong address, showed up 30 min late, di The only reason I am even leaving 1 star is because Tammy has been so kind in trying to make up for the ABSOLUTELY AWFUL experience I had with Don at this salon. He sent me to the wrong address, showed up 30 min late, did a terrible highlight (color and application) and cut (inch difference between front and back), and INSULTED the final product. I walked out in tears with wet hair. Called for my money back but Don said he should have never worked on my hair, refused to give my money back, and HUNG UP on me. NEVER have I tried to work with someone so rude. How he still has a job there is a mystery more ... less ...

The hot towels were BURNING hot , my cuticle got torn up and started bleeding …under my nails burn! and for basic French tip nails both feet and hands were 190$!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely terrible service. I asked at the counter if they are able to do the design I want before taking me on, and they assured me that they can execute it. Terrible job! The lady huffed and puffed the entire time I was in her chair.. my nails were uneven and crooked. I called the same day to let them know I did not like how turned out considering how much they charged me for a full set and I was told I can come back at a specific time and took my name down for it. When I showed up the next day, I was told that the lady had already left for the day and no one else can fix it. The only solution I was offered is to take the nails off and refund me. They didn’t offer to fix them or at least leave them on and refund the amount. Absolute trash and will be sure to post on all social media platforms how terrible this experience was. more ... less ...

Well..... I love this place! The Customer Service, the vibe, & the energy all the ladies carry is phenomenal. All the ladies are very careful very meticulous in their work and it comes out perfect every time.

I am very disappointed in this. Ive seen their closing time is at 8pm. And when I arrived it was 6pm, I still saw the guests being worked by the young man and the young woman sitting in the front. I come and look forw I am very disappointed in this. Ive seen their closing time is at 8pm. But the old woman, came forward and told me she would not serve me. I was very surprised and I asked her if your shop closes at 8 oclock? She didnt answer me and her next action was very rude. She shouted: its 6 oclock, its 6 oclock…. I cant understand her actions when Ive been here before and her name is Kim. She was very cheerful and was very welcoming to me when I obeyed and paid as much as she wanted. I used to love this place so much but I will probably never come back here more ... less ...

Tracey was amazing! There was traffic so she had the respect to call me and tell me she will be a few minutes late, which was fine I was able to look at all of their magazines there at the salon. I sat down and showed he Tracey was amazing! I had my nails done by Tom and it was so horrible. I don’t get my nails done often and I was a new customer. I normally do them myself but wanted to treat myself.\n\nHe tugged and pulled on my hands the whole time l I had my nails done by Tom and it was so horrible. He told me to not help him on situating my hand. I was relaxing my hand the entire time.\n\nHe didn’t even say hi until I said hi first. I felt like an inconvenience the whole time. I’m not expecting someone to just be overly nice. I work in customer service and I know how to be cordial to a human being getting a service without being fake to try to get a good tip. There’s plenty of bad reviews on Tom and it seems like he is in the wrong business of working in the public. It’s a “personable” service and I think it’s time for Tom to find a different line of work. more ... less ...
