I was extremely disappointed in the level of care I received during my five visits. Two of the visits were with the owner and three were with another chiropractor. I kept track of the length of time each doctor spent in I was extremely disappointed in the level of care I received during my five visits. Two of the visits were with the owner and three were with another chiropractor. I kept track of the length of time each doctor spent in the room with me because it was so short and underwhelming. The initial visit was the longest and lasted 12 minutes total. Two of the visits were 5 minutes and the others were a bit longer than 5 minutes. Overall I felt the minimal time spent with me was not nearly enough to provide care much less enough to get to know my body and what was needed to improve my condition. Its pretty great. A personal luxury really. And this place does a consistently good job. On a trip to KC 8 weeks ago, I tried a place recommended by the concierge at our hotel. Maybe 8 minutes of time and zero comfort or relaxation. Ugh. Couldnt wait to get back to Beautiful Nails. more ... less ...

This nail shop right here I love it. Communication is the key, great atmosphere they have a client for life I will be returning. Also I will be letting my friends know about this nail shop

Ive gone to two different stylists at this location my favorite place by far! I cant find anyone within 30 minutes that can do as good of a job!

roughly 3 weeks ago went in for a remover, and a full set acrylic. technician rushed through the acrylic remover process all because i was told he left to go get coffee. as he was clipping my nails to get them ready to roughly 3 weeks ago went in for a remover, and a full set acrylic. technician rushed through the acrylic remover process all because i was told he left to go get coffee. as he was clipping my nails to get them ready to soak in acetone. he ended up cutting the bedding of my nail, because he cut way far back and started to heavily bleed . He was very unprofessional. He tried to glue the wound, press my nail to stop the bleeding, but nail was injured very badly, it continued to bleed. His last resort was some green liquid that didnt do much. not once did he mention to wash my hands, clean the wound. my injured nail/finger was still wrapped in acetone. 2nd technician came in to try to finish up removal process, and told me that my skin grows with my nail and i should be telling her in advance. i dont feel as if i should be advising them when they should be more gentle, aware and prioritize my safety. Also notice he didnt cleaned up tools while this happened either. more ... less ...

I love Nail Club they have been my go to for yrs. People are all very nice and do a great job.. and the price is right!

The most disgusting place Ive ever been to. They dont take reservatio beforehand. We arrived at 1:30pm and they told us theres 2 hour wait. So we called in 2 hours and they told us to wait longer and call again in an hour. So we called again and they went off on us saying we didnt wait physically in the nail place, which they told us not to earlier both in the store and on the phone calls. We went to the nail place again after they told us to and they locked the freaking door on us. Theyre beyond rude and ridiculous. They have absolutely no customer service. Horrible attitude!!! Dont come here to ruin your mood and waste your precious time. We’ll make sure there’s no business from us or anyone we know! Hands down the best place to get your nails and pedicures. The salon is very clean, the people are very well mannered and kind and I always leave here feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I went in to get a full set, they did a rushed job, I didn’t get to pick my own color, the quality of service I received was the worst I’ve experienced. My mom and I went here today. We have been to 3 other salons the past 3 months. This place has it all, nice comfortable working massage chairs when getting Pedicure, very talkative and professional women. Highly recommen My mom and I went here today.
