Iâve been going to Pro Nails since they opened 8ish years ago, but Iâm done. Theyâve been steadily going downhill the last few years. Their employees donât seem to last very long, once you find someone you actually like theyâre gone. I felt like I never knew what I was going to get, based on the person that did my nails. You can make an appointment, but appointments mean less than NOTHING there. Iâve watched them âtake appointmentsâ over the phone, but they donât write them down or tell anyone, nothing. Then when you come in for your appointment you still wait on walk-ins to finish. The last time I got a fill there I asked for ombré glitter. It sounds difficult but if you saw a picture it is not. Just more glitter at the top, less glitter at the bottom. The guy couldnât do it so he asked Katie (the owner) she said no we canât do that. I said you canât do glitter??????? I was legitimately confused. I found a place in St Louis that honors their appointments, understands customer service, and can do basic nail art. I do still get the occasional pedicure here but today was my last time giving them my money. They were rude, and when I was finished she said âYouâre done.â and walked away. That was it. Didnât help me pick up my shoes, didnât pull up the arm rest. Nothing. Iâm done dealing with their poor service. I didnât know how bad it was until I started going somewhere that values their customers.\n\nOne positive: The young man with the arm tattoos is WONDERFUL and always does an amazing job!
