I was referred to The Color Room by my daughter. My stylist was Amanda and Amanda was amazing but she had her hands full with me. I went in for a cut and color and four hours later she had accomplished what she had set o I was referred to The Color Room by my daughter. Amanda is a very sweet, kind, and.a very caring person. She wanted nothing else except for me to be totally happy with the results and indeed I was. Everyone at The Color Room was extremely nice and if your looking for that some place special to go then I definitely recommend that you try it...because your worth it!!! more ... less ...

Miranda was the best!! I went in with nails from somewhere else that I was not happy with and she fixed them to perfection. It exactly as I asked and did it in a timeline manner. I get the dip powder. In the past, I would notice other places would file off my previous color without soaking, which would completely ruin my nails. This location is amazing. They are so patient, they are gentle, they take the time and I never feel rushed. I’ve set up appointments and I’ve walked in, either way, I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes. Lady who sits at table 6, usually wears blue and always has blue nails really gave horrible customer service today. Wife and I go there all the time for years and we are very familiar with the prices. Today I went in to change my tip color and get a fill like I do every other week and she not only cut them too short after I said something, but she proceeded to argue with me about the shape I requested when I asked for almond she gave me coffin. I always pay 35 for that service and a kind man usually does them or Vee but this time they were busy. Then when she was done I asked the price she told me 45, 10 extra bucks to change shape…ok, I didn’t want the shape changed I asked for almond like I came in with and showed her a pic of my nails I took 2 weeks ago. Then I get to counter to pay and she tells me “50”…. I said “a min ago you told me 45”. She said “no I didn’t, I had to glue down 2 nails that were loose”. Proceeded to get out a calculator. Mam…it wasn’t the math I have an issue with. You lied to my face, gave me something I didn’t ask for, and overcharged me. Sad that this has been our nail place for years and my wife LOVES Vee, but we won’t be coming back. more ... less ...
