I usually go here but probably wont return. Place wasnt open and they didnt answer the phone. Polish is watered down so it doesnt last so I usually bring my own. Most definitely will not be back. Charged way to much from the very first time i brought my daughter. Then she wants to keep on and start an argument after i said just do it and i will pay ... was gonna do mine but chan Most definitely will not be back. I stayed inside with her but the woman kept talking smack so i had to walk out before i smacked her. My bestie stayed in there with my daughter and handled it. This place is a joke other than one lady who works there. She is the best. They do not deserve a single star... more ... less ...

Good place for getting nails done

Basically when I walked I found the OWNER of the salon sleep in the pedicure chair and like a child had an attitude because he had to wake up and make some money. Ridiculous!!!\n\nHe refused to help me find a color to match the gel polish, he refused to let me sit in the pedicure chair to paint my toes because I guess the chair is used for him to sleep in rather than have his customers feel comfortable in the salon. He also tried to refuse me service for asking to be more comfortable to get my toes painted.\n\nThere was another tech there and her name is Chilling and she was super sweet and she ended up completing my service. Never go there especially if you see someone sleep on the job and lets not forget the sleeping employee is the owner. more ... less ...

Would only go for a pedicure next time. My pedicure was done very well and the guy did a great job. Started out I was only going to get a pedi, so I wrote down pedi when signing in. Since I heard another lady tell me she specializes in nail art design I told her I would wait for her to do a design on my nails since I wanted a specific design. They walked me over to the nail side and sat me down in a chair across from a nail tech. He had to finish up the set in front of me. I had showed up at opening, and at 10:45 I was still waiting for my nails to be done. They realized they had overlooked my name a few times and then got upset with me that I wrote pedicure down when signing in. I told them I did get a pedicure and they had asked me if I wanted my nails done so I said yes. When it was finally my turn to get my set I got no cuticle treatment, no oil, no clipping back of my cuticles, no basic care of my hands it was just popping the tips on. It was very apparent they wanted me in and out. I was then passed to another lady who I think wanted to deter me from the design I wanted to get because she kept telling me the price would be more and more. I told her that’s fine I know what I want and whatever the price is whatever the price is. I think she was just mad I was getting a different color on each nail. The final lady was named Sierra and she was the first girl I spoke to that told me she could do a specific design. Sierra was great, she did exactly what I wanted done, and was very personable. She seemed to actually care what I wanted. In the end I was happy with my design but I was not satisfied about the quality of my nails done. Getting a manicure is supposed to include the care of the surrounding area including cuticles and hang nails. I would go back for a pedicure but I would never get another manicure here. I did leave a good tip for the man who did my pedicure and Sierra. I showed up at 8 AM and didn’t leave till 1 PM. Granted, I agreed to wait for the design, but the majority of my time was not spent waiting for that.
