went in for a fill, lady was very nice, but the older gentleman had very bad customer service, didn’t ask what I wanted? What shape? If I wanted to cut my nails? Mind you my nails were already coffin and I just wanted them to be a little shorter (usually when you get a fill they trim them down with the machine) he cut my acrylics with a nail cutter completely changed the shape of them, then got a filer and tried to make them coffin. Painted my nails with access nail polish around my nails. Very unprofessional work. And charged me extra for no reason. I was very disappointed with the work. more ... less ...

I have been here multiple times over the last 12 years. The staff is always really friendly but either I am unlucky with who I get when I am there or they are always training new people. Every time I have gone there, the nail tech is always drill happy whether I got gel or acrylic. My cuticles were cut several times with the drill and they drill until my nail bed is so hot it hurts. My fingertips literally hurt for 4 days after going here and the gel polish chipped and started coming off within 3 days of getting them done. more ... less ...

Best place in town. They advised me as to why my drier was squeaking - not the belt, not the bearing. Told me to pull the guide wheels, clean the shafts, sand them up lightly, add some oil and put back together.\nThey Best place in town. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Only one person working, left me multiple times to wax eyebrows as I was getting a fill. Asked for a Gel Fill and was given a regular fill and was lied to....charged 13 dollars more than I should have b DO NOT GO HERE!!! They were kind but did minimal effort work. Didnt paint the edges or shape nails nicely. I took my mom for mothers day after mother day to avoid crowds. A few years ago I went to get a mani-pedi for my birthday, normally she does not list the price and if I knew at the time that she loves to overcharge her customers, I would have asked before she started. I decided to get gel nail polish, it is normally a little more but Ive never been charged an arm and a leg by anyone other than this lady. So when I went to pay for the awful service that I probably should have done at home, she told me that my total was $150... I was too nice, I didnt argue or anything, I just gave her the money and never went there for service again. I even remember after my incident, how this lady threw down my friends change and behaved with a disgusting attitude just because my friend didnt give her a tip. Im surprised that this lady still has customers at all. more ... less ...

Real rude. Very slow they move like they don’t want to be there. I got a eyebrow wax from the lady with short dark hair, she messed my eyebrows up then made a excuse for it. Then charged full price. I asked for my toenails to be painted she took the old polish off started clipping my toenails and stopped I asked for a full set after she said ok and when somebody else walked in she started doing a refill on the new customer while making me wait. She asked whoever the guy is to finish my toes he starts then walks off to go talk to another customer that was already done while I’m waiting still. New customer walks in she tells her 5 mins before she could get a full set then looks at me and tell me I have to wait and go after her after I was already there. Then starts whispering to the lady that she is doing the refill on about me and the reason why she told me to wait like I’m not even sitting there. Very unprofessional!! Wouldn’t recommend more ... less ...
