I’m highly upset with this business. I simply went in to get a fill-in for my ombré nails and they made it super super difficult not only did she tell me that my whole nail had to be taken off which was not true I’m highly upset with this business. I simply went in to get a fill-in for my ombré nails and they made it super super difficult not only did she tell me that my whole nail had to be taken off which was not true she tried to charge me when I ask for the nail tech to take it off because it was not done right the colored acrylic was way too clumpy and he didn’t act like he knew what he was doing as far as how to apply the acrylic to my nails not ever again will I go back to this establishment the owner she was very rude not only did she fan away when I showed her the worked that her nail tech did she tried to charge me for services that were not complete more ... less ...

Use to be the only place I’d go, V was my favorite because she always took her time and aim to please, she would make sure I was happy with my nails. The last couple times I went she wasn’t there and I got services from another worker. The last 2 times I got my nails done I wasn’t pleased and the girl didn’t seem to care or try to fix them, even though I showed her a picture of what I wanted, which was something simple. she just seemed annoyed . After that I was only going for pedicures. Both of the people who do pedicures are great and nice. The downfall is the over booking. On several occasions I made appointments and showed up on time, if not early and still had to wait 30 minutes to an hour, if not longer, for my pedicure. What is the point of making an appointment if the wait is still going to be so long. It defeats the purpose of making an appointment. more ... less ...
