Find best hair and nail salon in Tupelo , MS

I specifically told the lady not to cut down my big toe, did it anyway. To the point that she couldn’t file or shape them, the skin from under my toe nails, on both feet! WILL NOT GO BACK! Paid $50 for bad service!

The service I received was laughable. I scheduled for a full set and pedicure, but after sitting through what felt like death by full set, I opted out of the pedicure. I had no preference on who serviced me but should have known better based on the reviews. I know everyone has difficult days, but the tech that did my nails was rude for no reason. I almost started to think it was because I was Black as all the other women in the shop were not and their techs were quite nice and professional when servicing them. The tech that serviced me, however, would frequently pull and drop my hands very roughly. When I calmly discussed with her that I didn’t like the set’s shape 3x, I asked for another tech to shape them for me. She proceeds to go to the back and slam the door only to return and stand directly over me. Once the other tech finished filing my nails, she sloppily painted my nails, still dropping and pulling hands aggressively. I would leave zero stars if I could as the service was by far the worse I have experienced. Please don’t spend your hard-earned money at this unprofessional place. I called and they told me to come back to have them repair free. I went and had the 6/10 nails reapplied but they never touched the other 4 so they looked bad and in need of a fill in. Ive never been so disappointed in a nail salon!!! I asked to have my nails wrapped while having a pedicure and they said the other people would do that. I was never asked what I wanted. I was never asked what I wanted. I wanted a valcano pedicure and got the basic. My big toes were never shaped and were bumpy and needed to be filled down, but not done. He dug to deep in one of my toes and I jumped. He didnt apologize and just kept going. I didnt allow him to polish my toes because they do ridgy, it would have looked awful. When I tried to explain to the front desk, they made excuses and charged me $35 without even trying to make it right. Never be back again more ... less ...
