I asked the hairdresser to cut my hair no shorter than the bottom of my shoulder blades, I explained how my hair behaved and that I didn’t want to come out looking like a chia pet, I explained I only wanted angled layers that framed my face because I have a round face, I said I wanted to be able to wear my hair curly and straight and brought detailed pictures of what I wanted my cut to look like....\n\nWhat I got: the first cut caused my mom to gasp...the lady cut my hair to my shoulder, she made blunt, choppy layers all over my head, the more she cut the more it frizzed up. She didnt follow the pictures at all. The cut is uneven...to make it worse - she kept saying how she didnt like cutting hair and wasnt any good at cutting curly hair…\n\nMy hair is so butchered that I’ll have to keep it in a bun (which there is barely enough hair left to do…) for the next 6-8months why it grows out.\n\nI got in the car and cried!! I could have cut my hair myself with dull scissors and a hand mirror and gotten a better cut. Worst experience EVER😢😢😢 more ... less ...

The folks at BTF were a pleasure to work with from design through installation. They were always receptive to feedback and accommodating of our needs and their work is second to none. The executive desks, with an integrated electric lift to convert between a sitting and standing desk, are particularly impressive - very sturdy in both configurations and the lift is entirely concealed, giving a very neat and professional appearance. Weve had nothing but compliments from visitors about the design and workmanship. The custom builds took some time to turn around but that is understandable and the end result is well worth the wait.
