I have been meaning to post this for a month, I finally got around to it. For context I have extremely thick and curly hair (spiral ringlet type of curls, not slightly wavy). For context I have extremely thick and curly hair (spiral ringlet type of curls, not slightly wavy). For people with curly hair, going to the salon can be a nightmare. Most hairstylists do not put in the effort and will cut my hair while wet and it looks like a triangle shape once dry. After several bad haircuts, I was so nervous, but took a chance at Sugar Salon with Cristy Weber. As soon as I walked in she knew what to do. She did a curl cut and cut mt hair in its natural curl pattern. She shaped the haircut around my natural pattern so it falls fanastically. She took time and care with my hair, and was one of the few hair stylist that didnt try and detangle my hair with a thin comb, which was much appreciated by my scalp. It is so hard to find a stylist that understands curly hair. So if you have curls and live in Helena, you should go see Cristy because she has proven her understanding for textured hair. Amazing job. In love with my hair cut. One of the few people I will ever trust to cut my hair and so grateful I found a salon who can meet my needs.
