Find best hair and nail salon in Kalispell , MT

This was my first, and last, visit here. I saw that they have a decent rating so I decided to go in. Its dirty and dingy inside. They did take me quickly which was nice, but the man who helped me was extremely inattentiv This was my first, and last, visit here. I saw that they have a decent rating so I decided to go in. Its dirty and dingy inside. They did take me quickly which was nice, but the man who helped me was extremely inattentive - he was constantly away and would stop to walk away every time any little thing occurred in the salon. He had me soak my full fingertips in a bowl of acetone to remove my gel and my skin and cuticles are totally dry and cracked now. He used extremely dirty tools - the electric file, emery boards, buff pads, nippers - everything. Very apparent that nothing was being cleaned between customers let alone sanitized.\nThe manicure itself was rushed and haphazard. The time that he did spend working on my nails, it was very sloppy and the quickest job he could do. No care for detail. The result is that I paid $40 for a basic gel manicure that is already lifting, peeling, and worn at the tips 3 days after the service. I do a better job with diy gel at home. And I realized too late that he was using a different color than Id selected - not that big of a deal so I didnt mention it but it was just an added insult to injury.\nI am just very disappointed in the experience here when it was supposed to be something nice/special. I would recommend to stay away and try somewhere else that not only values clients but cares about their safety through salon cleanliness. more ... less ...

Oh my goodness am I so glad to have finally found a great hairstylist who knows how to cut and color. Andria is the greatest. She has helped to drastically change my overall hair health. She has helped to drastically change my overall hair health. I happened to have come across Mirabella Salon after a Google search. My hair has never been this healthy or vibrant. Ive had my hair layered and highlighted by the best and most professional Stylist and Ill keep going back. I absolutely adore all of the nail techs (seen just about everyone at this point) and they have given me confidence and nail lengths I never thought possible (recovering chronic nail biting addict here)! Special shout out to Caitie who just did my hair the last two times. When I came in for a toner and discussed my ideal hair color with her she didn’t hesitate and showed me some pictures and said it would be possible. I was BLOWN AWAY by the results and now I have my dream hair color all because she listed to what I wanted and was passionate about the results! I didn’t even recognize the back of my own head when she showed me in the mirror and in pictures!
