1st of all I would give 0 stars if I could...Bad customer service before even entering bldg.. website says open at 9:00 a.m. waited until 930. RUDE PPL & BAD QUALITY SAVE UR MONEY!!! I showed them what I wanted and they said the price would be $70 Bc there was “too much design” And I just didn’t think it’d be worth it So I changed my idea an RUDE PPL & BAD QUALITY SAVE UR MONEY!!! I showed them what I wanted and they said the price would be $70 Bc there was “too much design” And I just didn’t think it’d be worth it So I changed my idea and had them put a light brown and dark brown and I asked as she was painting my nails to add another color and she was visibly upset and she said “this is the last time I’m getting up”. I was very nice and I apologized multiple times hoping she would feel better. After she started painting them again, she started speaking to one of the other coworkers in a different language and he gets up and comes to look at my design and starts laughing. He says “that’s too much” and keeps laughing. After the nail lady just kept being rude with her attitude which was very unnecessary and unprofessional. The fact that I’m paying them to do their job and they weren’t treating me respectfully is sad. I’ve been with them before and thought they were great but after today. I’m never coming back. I hope no one else has to experience that type of behavior. The photo on the far right was my original nail inspo. This was my first experience at this nail salon and it was okay. Very nice employees and the staff will get you seated pretty quickly. The only down falls I had was that I had asked for regular nails (basic, just the col This was my first experience at this nail salon and it was okay. I ended up really liking it so that was alright with me, another issue was that the lady didn’t really get the excess color off the skin part of the nails which is a little sloppy for the price. I got my eyebrows waxed and they look great! I would probably go again. more ... less ...
