I was getting a pedicure and this will for sure be my last.\n\nAfter I was seated, I found my water to be room temperature, Not so great, then before my paraffin wax I was told Someone had \"unplugged\" the wax container so I was unable to get that as well. I was fine with it but...definitely not pleased. I had worked all day and hoping to have a great experience and I definitely did not.\n\nThe owners were incredibly unprofessional.. talking on the phone and being very loud and vulgar about giving someone a Brazilian wax with their teeth!! Nasty, Unprofessional and the place looked to be very dirty.\n\nReally would of been nice to of been offered a drink at least?? Most salons do that...but not this one\n\nI will say that the girl who did do my pedicure worked hard and I was pleased with her work. Just every thing else around was awful.\n\nDefinitely will not be back and will Definitely not recommend this place for a relaxing pedicure.. more ... less ...

Technically I didn’t use them, I tried to. I just relocated to the area few days ago and while moving boxes I broke one nail. I went to them (about 5 minutes ago) to inquire about getting my nail fixed; mind you I Technically I didn’t use them, I tried to. I just relocated to the area few days ago and while moving boxes I broke one nail. I went to them (about 5 minutes ago) to inquire about getting my nail fixed; mind you I just got a fill 5 days ago so I didn’t need one. They politely told me that they don’t fix other shops nails, they would either do a full set or a full fill on both my hands. I get it’s about money but I have never heard of such horrible customer service before in my life! I am serious about my nails and get them done every 2 weeks so I would’ve been a customer for life if they’d had better customer service. Everyone that runs a business isn’t always business savvy. NC I hope that this shop isn’t a representation of the whole….smh more ... less ...
