We were there almost 2 hours and she never showed). The second occasion was similar to the first. We had appointments for 930am and only one person showed up. An hour later another person showed up (at this point I had already taken my feet out of the water and put my shoes back on). She asked if I wanted a pedicure and I said no. The lady that had been there told her I had waited an hour to which the second lady stated, \"okay then. Did they have appointments?\" No apology..no trying to fix the situation. The first time I thought maybe it was just an oversight, but I realized the second time they do not even pay attention to appointments for the next day. more ... less ...

I went in as a last minute walk in appointment and had never been there before. All i needed was a fill and a color change. I wasn’t happy with the first color, so he offered to change it but he would have to charge I went in as a last minute walk in appointment and had never been there before. He said that he would charge me half of the price of the fill to change the color. The fill was $30 so i should’ve been charged $15 extra making my total roughly $45. I was charged $65. In addition to being overcharged, they did not reshape my nails after changing the color. My friend who was with me was gaslit into getting gel polish when she asked for regular polish. She was also gaslit into getting them longer than she wanted. The tech literally said they “wouldn’t look good” short. We also saw two techs blatantly making fun of another girls design. Overall they didn’t listen and were unprofessional even if the quality of work was decent. more ... less ...

She said, with an ugly face, \"We dont have time for you.\"...again with an attitude as big as the Grand Canyon. Honestly was the best nail experience I have ever had. It truly was the little things that makes this place and my experience perfect. They could tell I was indecisive on what color I wanted and they helped narrow down my options by asking questions about my preferences. The second is sat in the chair they made sure I knew how the massage chair worked and asked what refreshment i wanted.\n\nTammy did an excellent job on my nails. You could tell she was passionate on making sure every little detail of my nails was perfect. Definitely was an artist who really carried pride in her work.\n\nDefinitely will be returning, no matter who you are you will have a good experience. more ... less ...
